Hi I'm just a man how is wondering what feminists really want?

What are you fighting for or against in this day and age?

OP posts:
Deianira · 22/10/2016 00:50

Wow. Seriously?

Those Lindt bunnies are really HALF the size of the santa statues? I had no idea it was such a big difference.

As a feminist, I want them both to be available in 75g sizes. That seems to me to be the most equal approach.

DoYouRememberJustinBobby · 22/10/2016 00:50

By why does what you (and this will be a shocker) what you want or demand mean anything in a feminist space?
Even just on mumsnet there are thousands of posts about Feminism with voice upon voice, view upon view stacked up for easy reading leisure.

BeMorePanda · 22/10/2016 00:51

Half decent discussion

But so one sided

Nrdad1 · 22/10/2016 00:52

My half was lacking because I didn't get a discussion. I got jumped on snagged an very few actual point. Just the oh look he's a man he'll sort it for use bullshit rather then many actual point with any substance to them

OP posts:
KnottyPineHell · 22/10/2016 00:52

But OP dosnt do reading. He likes to be spoonfed.

HoneyDragon · 22/10/2016 00:53

just the usual

So you do make a habit of this?

Terrifiedandregretful · 22/10/2016 00:54

OP I've just read your post on the 'shaming' thread saying you haven't read all the posts because there's 'too many' and yet you expect us to drop everything to explain our views to you so that you can tell us how wrong they all arewhen you can't even be arsed to read one thread?

JenLindleyShitMom · 22/10/2016 00:54

twopoint I'm cringeing so hard for you right now.

Terrifiedandregretful · 22/10/2016 00:54

Strike out fail

BeMorePanda · 22/10/2016 00:55

You aren't curious, listening, discussing, or interesting.

And yet you are still here. Moaning, whining, demanding and spouting ignorance.

Nrdad1 · 22/10/2016 00:55

So what errol I miss worded the start apologised for it in my second post and that deserved a pile of sexist bs and can you not talk seriously after 10 on a fri?

OP posts:
Terrifiedandregretful · 22/10/2016 00:56

Why are you still here op?

LuisCarol · 22/10/2016 00:57

I have a mother and sister and would be very upset if they were treated in a sexist manner

Why on earth is their relationship to you relevant? Oh. OH.

BeMorePanda · 22/10/2016 00:57

No we leave that fur the Man Brains like you after 10 on a Friday. I

EnthusiasmDisturbed · 22/10/2016 00:57

Good question

Nrdad1 · 22/10/2016 00:59

Actually no I wasn't going to tell you how wrong you were I would have listened to your point of view because I probably agree with some of them but you never gave me the chance

OP posts:
BeMorePanda · 22/10/2016 00:59

I think he wants to see us be sexist to him.
Or blame us for making him sexist (to mis quote FOTC).

Nrdad1 · 22/10/2016 01:01

Luis what? So I wouldn't be aloud to be upset if I found out my mum or sister were treated in a sexist Manor?

OP posts:
DoYouRememberJustinBobby · 22/10/2016 01:01

Mum

What do feminist really want?
BeMorePanda · 22/10/2016 01:01

"Aaaagh the mean feminists never gave me a chance".

Will you show this thread to all the other Mushy Rhino Aggressors tomorrow?

ErrolTheDragon · 22/10/2016 01:02

The first reply was a good suggestion. Your second post wasn't an apology, it came across as more of a whinge. The next reply was an entirely sensible description of a couple of the basics.

MistressMerryWeather · 22/10/2016 01:03

You were not jumped on because of curiosity you were jumped on because of the dismissive tone of your OP.

Asking what people are fighting for in this day and age implies that you think things are hunky dory right now.

Asking women 'Well, what do you want to change?' as if it's possible to list in a post the many, many complex issues that women around the world are dealing with on a day to day basis trivialises the whole thing.

It seems to me like you have your own grievances with women and wanted examples simply so you could compare how men have it just as bad.

That was never going to go down well.

Nrdad1 · 22/10/2016 01:04

Be more panda where have I been sexist? I believe in equal rights for everyone and I didn't want you to be sexist towards me you done that all on your own.

OP posts:
Nrdad1 · 22/10/2016 01:06

Mistress I apologised in my 2nd post for how I worded it. How else can I ask what you would like to see change without triggering you?

OP posts:
twopointfourfamily · 22/10/2016 01:06

Exactly as I said. Goading to a state of hypocrisy. OP hoes away happy.
