You can argue about objective measures (like actually having surgery or having been on hormones) as regards transition, but 'living as a woman', or even just 'identifying AS a woman', these are presumably the measures that some people would like the law changed to reflect.
According to these, I'm NOT a woman, since I neither identify as one (I just AM, being an adult human female), nor do I 'live as one' in the way that it is meant here.
Odd how you add ONE word, and think about 'living as a black woman' something that Rachel Dolezal did quite successfully for quite a few years and it is somehow NOT okay. But remove that one word again, and suddenly it is OKAY and laudable and gets you moved in with the girls...........Despite your ‘seven-inch surprise’.........
