I like my cider as dry as possible. And my wine too.

I've just joined that Good Reads group. I'm new to actively thinking about any of this (beyond muttering FFS under my breath 9000 times a day) so I may as well learn with Emma.

Any other pointers for not-too-academic reading welcome too.

(I just bought 'We should all be feminists' on Kindle. Amazon's reaction? 'We've shared this with Mr Pi'. I feel told off. )

A round of drinks for everyone, on me. I found out that got a promotion at work today, I thought I had blown it when I didn't hear for AGES after interview but I got it! And I negotiated flexible working, and to start at the top of the scale! I would definitely not have had the confidence to do this without everything I have learned from lurking on here, so you all deserve a large drink. Cheers!
