oh buffy . it must be so frustrating not just personally, but also when you know that your work is important and truly trying to shift things for the better. is there anything we can do? other than remind you how great you are and how much good you do and that we are here to listen?

I'm one of those who just didn't have it, Buffy and I left academia. I am impressed at your staying power and your eloquence. I too would like to read your blog. I do the same as Penguins with Jeanne's blog.

Oh Buffy I feel for you. I left any sort of academic career years ago as I could see the politics and crap that went on, and didn't want to be a part of it. Not that business is any better of course.
