Who is part of the patriarchy?

When we use the term patriarchy, do you think that the men you know are part of the patriarchy? And if no, then who is part of the patriarchy?

Yes, that is a big issue at the moment, and one that is being hotly discussed. I think it will change eventually.

Having kids makes a difference to the taxes too, but not as much as when one partner works and the other doesn't (or only works PT)

They are bleeding excellent at getting non-resident parents to cough up though. They have to pay a pre-defined amount. If they don't the government seizes it straight from their pay packet.

It is an excellent system, that takes the burden of chasing the errant non-res parent from the resident parent and onto the state.
