Why is the mail not being challenged on the fact they are printing pages of sexist horse shite which they then market as "FEMAIL" as though women need to be told to slap on the lippy and get back in the kitchen. I even detest the term Femail, why?

Yes, that's why anything saying different might have been interesting and the thread pricked my curiosity. Plus she was the only married Samantha that sprang to mind. Then I discovered it was tripe about some random.

It does say an awful lot about our society and the concept of celebrity though.

I know - I read it like this but then had to laugh - whatever floats her boat! If she can be so blind as to want to be in a relationship where she is subservient to her husband and has to come second to him in all things, then let her. It means there's one less crap man out there for some unsuspecting normal woman to go out with!

Few days ago there was a thread on here from someone yearning for the days of being a kept woman - ie those rose-tinted uplands between teh wars, when hubby went out to work, and wifey stayed home, cooked and looked pretty for him , that never really existed, just in movies like Brief Envounter. Wondering if SB gets her ideas form MN....

Sm is obviously doing this to make money, it cannot be taken seriously and I don't like the DM, but freedom of speech and all that.
