Severe period cramps every month

Hi everyone, I’m new here.
I’ve been dealing with quite painful period cramps for a long time and recently started reading more about long-term ways to manage them instead of just painkillers.
I wanted to ask what has actually helped others here in the long run – lifestyle changes, supplements, diet, or anything else that made a real difference?
Would really appreciate your experiences.

Contraception was the only thing that ever helped mine I’m afraid. I threw up from pain so painkillers were useless as they came up half dissolved.

I found raspberry leaf tea (you buy the dried leaves and brew it) helped a lot with cramps. I also used to take Black Cohosh and Agnus Castus as tinctures. Unfortunately I discovered these very late in my reproductive life!
