Bought it! It’s the biggest book ever! It’s not a brick, it’s a block. So excited to get started

I’m looking to finish current book asap
so I can start on this.

I am on about 15% and thoroughly enjoying it, but feel the need to go back and do some revision on the stories of all the girls. 😂

I've re-read all the others in preparation for this, trying to pick up all the clues. I don't think he's dead either.
I've now got it downloaded onto my kindle too, so I'm covering both options😀

I have finished it. Without spoilers - I really enjoyed it, the story of Pa Salt was interesting and done well and the conclusion felt absolutely right. The story of the collecting of the sisters felt a bit clunky and strained credulity, but was not overlong.

Overall a good read and very glad that we got to hear the end of the story.

I'm going to have a long wait. Ive just managed to reserve the audio version on BorrowBox, but not predicted to get it untilOctober. The waiting time for the ebook version is a lot longer - I couldnt have it until spring of next year!

I have it on kindle and ready to start - so excited. Have you all managed to spot pa salt in the sisters stories? I didn't the first time round so reread them!

Re-reading the books was a good idea.

Just brought the book today. Need to finish the book I’m reading before starting it.

Its the first book I brought full-price, and a proper book for ages - usually get 99p deals on kindle.

I'm about a third of the way through and really enjoying it. Every now and then I get an 'I knew it!' moment, whuch is very satisfying.

I'm up to chapter 18, wishing I'd reread the other books first though as it's a few years since I read most of them and I've forgotten lots of details. I'm enjoying Pa Salt so far though!

I agree that it has a satisfying ending although I had a bit of a panic halfway through and stopped reading, suddenly I didn't went it all to unfold!
No spoilers but definitely worth reading

Just finished it. I wished I’d reread the other books more recently too, but I remembered enough & it’s a decent wrap-up.

Still getting through the first 7 that I've only recently discovered. About to start #4 and looking forward to seeing if my Pa Salt theories are correct when I get to him.

I really struggled to get into the first of these. Does it get better? I am a massive reader and thought I'd love it!

I’m just starting this so marking my place on this thread to come back to it when I’ve finished! I have theories and can’t wait to see whether they’re correct.

@2kids2catsnolife I got straight into these books from the start and found them very easy to read so I’d like to say keep going and they get better but I personally think they start off as they carry on so maybe they’re just not to your taste.

Now finished and really enjoyed it. I felt satisfied by the ending.
