swampster, what do you mean in a cheaty way? puzzled.

Been swamped like never before - it all happened at once - buying and selling a house/flat for my mum, dealing with lawyers, estate agents, surveyors, movers, builders, skip hire, utilities etc. because cos she won't/can't do it herself. Haven't finished my book but LOVING it so I ordered a second hand copy from Amazon to be sent on to missingtheaction - (I hope it has arrived). Dinny, I will get your copy back to you if you would prefer it and it survives my tortured current existence.

Coco - lie-in?? Fat chance. DS1 had a chess match so was up at 6:30. I didn't finish work til 10:30 on Fri so wasn't home til midnight, hence late night (it's OK - it was expected - I went in at 3:30 knowing it would be late!).

Glad you've had yours, rosmerta - I couldn't find any packing tape so had to use regular sellotape, and am always slightly paranoid that parcels improperly wrapped in that manner are going to snag on some vital piece of postal conveying equipment and explode...
