Any takers for another book swap circle thingummy?

I've missed out on two now. I quite like the idea, anyone else?

TBH I think I started off quite good at organizing things, but have gradually gone to pot as the year's gone on , so I'm very happy to hand over to someone else for next year.

Shall we start afresh on Jan 1st no matter where we are with this year's swap? And try and have a rule where you post on unread if you can't manage to read a book that month, or perhaps even post on another book of your own that you would recommend to others, if you desperately want to read the book you've been sent but haven't enough time?

Re Twilight, I thought it got a bit crap from about half way through. I liked all the will he, won't he? Does he? stuff. But then when it turned out that he wanted to too, all the suspense went out of it. Plus it all sounded very frustrating for both parties. Interview with a Vampire was better.

Starting afresh sounds good but keep sending on the ones still in existence until they get home?

w/r the posting if not finished, I was sometimes a month week late but really wanted to finish them Is a week (a real week, not a month week ) late really really bad? Sending a diff book in its place could get really confusing though. Tbh as long as everyone just has ONE book in their house, we should be fine

I've always sent the book I've rec'd in the circle...not one in its place cos the book rec'd in the circle belongs to someone else and if we all did that we could end up with too many books in the circle, if that makes sense. I'd rather be late sending than send another one in its place.
