Hi all and thank you for your kind wishes. Yes we're ok. We've had a terrible sickness and diarrhoea bug for over a week which dd2 kindly brought home from playgroup last week. DD2 simply hasn't got any better so we took her to the Drs who sent us down to hospital for tests. We are still waiting for results. Being only 4yrs old we were worried she'd go down hill but fortunately she's on the mend, albeit slowly. DD1 has just started the bug (today), I've had it and DH has got it too.

Anyway...madhouse....I managed to get to the post office today (yipee!) and have posted the book. I'm very sorry for the delay.

I get mine from mehidsmummy and she has never let me down yet, so maybe it is the post....I do know that several friends have sent cards for DD1 (b/day april 5th) that I never received, so it is a good possibility..... (faces directed at the postman as I am not happy with him rather than mehidsmummy).

I don't need a book desparately at present. I've just got 4 for my birthday, so am being kept nicely busy with those for now.

I think I read somewhere the date for sending was around 28th? Can I stick with that as I'm confusing myself about what to send!!!

I'll email details to bugbearisbugbear to make sure I'm not sending anything too rubbish/duplicating anything...

far be it from me to advocate this, but if you do, and it will go into the postbox without you needing to go into the post office, than you could maybe post it with just the smallest demonination stamp on, and I will pay this end!!!!

no idea if feasable or even recommended, but I have no way to CAT ATM, or send money for the postage which believe me I would if I could, but if you feel ok doing it then do, I really truly don;t mind paying.

everyone tels us our kiddies are gorgeous, which we of course agree too each time, but I can only summise that they have taken the best of each of us that remained hidden in us IYGWIM!!!!
