I'm not too bothered about getting my book back - its good that its been recycled so many times already. I think this was really well arranged, but yes possibly a smaller circle if it was done again.

PeachyClair · 09/11/2006 19:52

Well mine has been posted- I ahd been waiting to recieve but gave up on that. haven't had one for what seems like months now

nikkie · 10/11/2006 18:43

This was a good idea but I agree may be easier to organise on a smaller scale!
(am not volunteering BTW!)

PanicPants · 10/11/2006 21:17

Thanks Peachy, I'll look forward to receiving it.

I've really enjoyed this, and would definitly be up for being in the new one, if someone is brave enough to start it!

kickassangel · 13/11/2006 09:47

kipper22 · 13/11/2006 15:15

Hi, thought I'd try here first as I know you all enjoy reading! At the weekend, I was given a copy of The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold as a gift. When I left work to have Charlie, I was given a copy of The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold as a gift. Shortly before that I read a copy from the library! A fantastic book but, since there are only so many times I can read it, would anybody like my spare copy? I'll post it along with bumbleweeds book if somebody responds in the next couple of hours.

bresha · 13/11/2006 17:17

il have it if you dont mind
i have never read The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold
been told its good though

nikkie · 13/11/2006 19:29

nikkie · 15/11/2006 20:30

Will email you!

kickassangel · 15/11/2006 21:57

have we all stopped doing reviews? i enjoyed finding out what people thought of the various books. i know it's a little time consuming, but do like to hear all your thoughts.

nikkie · 15/11/2006 22:03

I haven't done nay as I didn't get some of the books.Although last times finally arrived today(dated ages ago & open )so I may catch up

kickassangel · 15/11/2006 22:16

i can't believe some of the problems with the post. i thought ours was bad, as we often have to hand deliver to our neighbours, but only a small amount goes missing, and never parcels! i think that collectively we could calim nearly £100 of the gpo for their late & lost parcels! there are some books i'd like to read from this, but they may well have gone missing. oh well, could always just head down to the library.

PanicPants · 20/11/2006 19:46

Still haven't received any books so have been unable to send ant onto you Bresha

I'll pop one of my own into the post this week for you.

kipper22 · 20/11/2006 21:24

mars, I'm guessing you didn't achieve the impossible? don't worry, neither did I! mine were in the post by the end of last week though, hope they arrive soon.

MarsLady · 21/11/2006 17:49
