Have had 2 books today peachy - I assusme they're both from you as I got home from work today to find 2 loose books and a scrap of an envalope, with all my other post, and a note from the postie saying

'Sorry package tore, very sorry, postman'

I'm so sorry, but it's obviously been 'well loved' and much read and when I started to read it, all the pages started falling out. I'm trying to find a replacement copy as we speak, but I'm very sorry. And Peachy, I'll post on the other book to you, but you'lll have to wait til I can get a nother copy of this one.

Fullmoonfiend, I was the first to receive The Dark Room and it was knackered when I got it, with lumps of pages falling out, so I don't think you've got much to apologise for!

Have completed and sent the large essay. So, have time for a quick read of my book from this swap..... now where did I hide it? Should be ready to post it by the 21st as I'm gonna read like a fiend this weekend to take my mind off of Shakespeare. Then next week the nose is back to the grind. Sigh................

Who's was King of Torts? I need to replace it and want to know where I should send it.

I think the king of torts was mine, but don?t worry about replacing it, iv never read it, not the sort of book I like.

book in the post, bumbleweed. is it just me or is anyone else noticing that the new postage system is a bit random? the last book I sent (about the same size as this, same envelope, etc) was 97p. I left the book at my mum's last week and she paid £1.27 to get it to me (again same packaging) then I've just forwarded it for 65p! does anyone understand it?!

i noticed that, it was always around 90p
but the last few have been £1.70 and that?s 2nd class
