Piebald - I've almost finished the book you sent me. As fat controller of the clun, I can definitely say it doesnt contravene the sci fi ban - but it is a really good book (is making my commute to and from work whizz by)

I finished my book last weekend, feeling a little bereft now! Though I do have lots of books to read before the next book clun one comes :)

I still haven't had my book.

Was very late posting my book (today ) as I have been ill and not even left the house for about a week! Have PMed JK to say its on its way - that migth prompt her to send her own book!

musttidyup when it arrived I thought "oh no, all the things I would never choose in a book", however once I started it I couldn't put it down - hence the quick finish. Really enjoyed it, thank you for broadening my reading horizons :)

That's why I wanted to do the book clun - I need a change but don't really know where to turn. I like that the decisions are being made for me. Glad you enjoyed acsec.

Should we start some threads to discuss the books or will we do it on this thread? Just thinking about spoilers. And the fact that this thread will be huge and complicated if we all talk over each other IYSWIM?

I think book club etiquette calls for individual threads. It didn't really work last time round - no one really bothered to write on/follow all the threads.

However... This is a clun so normal rules don't apply. I vote we all stay here and chat, spoilers amd all.
