lets start a new book thing swap, who wants to join?

I wish youngest is only 17 months so still naps which gives me dome downtime.

Actually with all 3 at home they do have periods where they play together nicely, and as I'm a total slattern I often sit on the sofa with a book while they play. Usually manage about 10 mins max before I'm required to sing a nursery rhyme medley, let someone prod my bump or read that's not my dragon/the gruffalo/peekaboo baby for the umpteenth time.

Wouldn't change it though

Right - everyone has till 1 March to read their books (those of you with 2 books now you can read either one or both of them if you can by 1 March - and please send both books on - the recipients can then read both of them or chose one to read and then send both on). Haribo - Swampy's book isnt too long and its possible you might have read it already so hopefully gives you enough time to read it.

I know poor Clinging is ill but unless Mr Clinging said not to send anything to her in his post packages to people (did he) I think we should keep her in the clun for now (if nothing else, will hopefully give her a nice parcel to open when she gets the chance and something to read as she recuperates) so the Swap for March (sending on books in the first week of March) list goes as follows:

Arse - my post got cut off half way. Was meant to say that ACsec is going to be honorary fat controller of the clun in March when I'm dosed up on post op painkillers so all be good for her.

Hey all, I'm the one posting to clinging so will continue to do so, was wondering though if anyone had heard from rufus as I didn't get a book from her this month.

I post to rufus but haven't heard anything from her, she doesn't post that often so I presumed she just hadn't been on.
Maybe she's the latest book clun casualty

Ok. Is now a good time to mention I have two books and have read neither (yet)? In my defence I did get them a bit late but was engrossed in another book (FYI Minette Walters devils feather good read nice bit of suspense). What shall I do? Soz. Don't tell AHTFC please

If you can read fast, pick the slimmer of the 2 books and read that MTU but please post on BOTH books the first week of March - you'll be getting a new one in March from whoever is posting to you.

Calico- if you dont hear from clinging (who I hope is better) in first week of March pop on the thread to let everyone know. Someone who has 2 books will then need to send to you the extra book they have.
