Took tablet at 0630 when I woke up

Feel free to join in here, I will try to update weekly losses (fingers crossed)

I haven't used it as the so called shortages of Ryselbus didn't materialize I'm returning it as there is a 60day money back guarantee

Doggymummar · 23/08/2023 13:01

Just had an email to order from Health Express 2 x 14mg for 329.99 so a very fair price. It did say not to share the information but we have to have each others backs round here. I cancelled my order with Numan as they wanted me to have 7mg again.

BrendaLee · 23/08/2023 15:54

@Doggymummar out of interest, have you ordered from Health Express before? I went onto the website just after your message and it said that it was out of stock - maybe because I'm a new customer to them?

Doggymummar · 23/08/2023 18:21

Yes since I started in March. Last month they didn't have any for the first time

BangingOn · 23/08/2023 20:22

I got the email too but it said it was only being offered to qualifying existing customers.

SilkySuky · 23/08/2023 21:10

I started with health express in early march and then in may they said basically that they had no stock and they've ghosted me ever since, logged in to check today after your post @Doggymummar and showing still out of stock 🤷‍♀️

Pineapplepansy · 24/08/2023 06:33

Still here plodding away! Hope everyone is doing ok and still shrinking? Taking Rybelsus is such a part of my daily routine now that I don't even think about it. I take a low dose still to avoid any side effects and still eat too much sometimes but on the whole I'm not preoccupied with food like I used to be.

It feels like I've found the sweet spot where I eat less and am losing weight (albeit very slowly) but don't have the awful headaches anymore.

I'm trying not to weigh myself very often either as the daily fluctuations can drive me mad so I'm only weighing every few weeks now so that I see an overall downward trend. Weekends still seem to be my downfall as I am prone to overeating due to social occasions/family time where it's difficult to abstain but I probably still don't indulge as much as I did in the days before Rybelsus.

JaffacakeJanine · 24/08/2023 08:25

Same here @Pineapplepansy! I think the occasional indulgence is important and luckily the Rybelsus helps keep us regular and consistent the rest of the time! I just have to keep a close eye on restaurant calories because they are always so much higher than normal, swear they are syringing double cream into every item on the menu 😂

My DP is doing very well with all this too, as I'm snacking way less, he is too! So far DP is down about 5kg, and 100% supportive of this journey, we are both eating more protein and veggies, we are on gousto which is great for calorie control, he's cooking a lot and pimping up food with healthy lettuce etc! The halo effect of Rybelsus 😂

WilkinsonM · 24/08/2023 12:35

I have 9 days worth of 14mg rybelsus that I don't want to continue taking. I'm galled that it cost me £57. Does anyone want to make me an offer?

Rybelsus Day 01
SilkySuky · 25/08/2023 08:44

Morning all, just wanted to share that I've officially lost 3 stone/ 19.5 kg as of this morning. I'm so happy.

I'm finding that my weight loss has slowed massively in the last couple of months but that's ok. I'm hoping for another 10kg off which will put me at still overweight on the BMI charts but that will be enough i think.

Doggymummar · 25/08/2023 09:15

Well done 😊@SilkySuky I know how that feels. You're doing great. I've got 4 months supply left so hoping that will last me another couple of stone as my weightloss has slowed to about half a stone a month now. That will take me to Christmas I guess and I can reavalute in the New year. Well done ✅

JaffacakeJanine · 25/08/2023 23:27

Huge well done @SilkySuky !

Pineapplepansy · 26/08/2023 07:37

Nice one @SilkySuky - fantastic achievement!

flouncymcflouncerson · 27/08/2023 17:32

Hello :) hope you don’t mind me joining. I was taking Ozempic but the stock shortages are crazy and I didn’t want to reduce my dose which is what they offered me.

i’m hoping to order it in tablet form but the cost is high too and lots of places out of stock so I suspect many doing the same as I am.

Hoping I can find some in stock soon!

Doggymummar · 27/08/2023 19:36

Can't you get it from your Ozempic stockist? It is expensive but worth it if it works. Numan had plenty a couple of days ago. I got two months from my supplier last week, you can find it if prepared to pay. I also have an order coming from eightangle

JaffacakeJanine · 28/08/2023 09:01

@flouncymcflouncerson welcome! Try Rightangled, they are pretty consistently adding stock.

flouncymcflouncerson · 28/08/2023 09:10

@Doggymummar sadly juniper don’t seem to stock the tablet form so have offered me 0.5mg injections instead but I’d been taking 1mg and sometimes not feeling that was working as well so hoped to continue in that or even up that!

@JaffacakeJanine thank you :) it’s hard to know where to look, the prices seem to be getting higher too, the tablets used to be so much cheaper than injections but I’m guessing lots of Ozempic users are now increasing the demand :( sorry for being one of them!

I have PCOS and suffer from high blood pressure and was just informed that my heart needs scanned to check it out after an abnormal test so really want to try and get my weight under control. It’s coming off slowly but with long term health issues it’s harder as I can’t exercise.

SilkySuky · 28/08/2023 09:36

Welcome @flouncymcflouncerson. There's a lot of buzz at the moment about wegovy being released in 2-4 weeks' time so hopefully pressure on supplies of all glp-1 meds will ease a bit.
Though there are still shortages in the US which is where majority of wegovy stock is being sent at the moment, and why the release date here has been pushed back from spring.

JaffacakeJanine · 28/08/2023 20:50

Finally seeing some telling signs of food noise returning, so I think I'll take the plunge and move onto 7mg tomorrow - 2nd time lucky, hopefully!

I think I might alternate 7mg and 3mg daily for a bit as I felt soooo awful after 7mg last time, has anybody else had to do this?

Doggymummar · 29/08/2023 08:25

I found the step up horrendous I was ill for two weeks. The step to 14mg wasn't so severe and only a couple of days. I went to bed early, had afternoon naps and was just very gentle about everything. I was unemployed at the time so it was easy to do that. Take care, I'm sure you can get through it.

Pineapplepansy · 30/08/2023 07:56

How are you getting on @JaffacakeJanine - hopefully the side effects aren't too bad?

I'm three months in now and so happy that I've lost weight and apart from headaches at the start and feeling a bit more lethargic than normal I've not felt too bad. I also have a little stockpile of Rybelsus as I still halve my tablets (because of the headaches) so even if I can't get any more I'm good for a while.

Welcome @flouncymcflouncerson - love the username. Hope you managed to track some Rybelsus down?

Hope everyone else is doing ok and the scales are heading in the right direction for you all.

JaffacakeJanine · 30/08/2023 14:17

Much, much better on 7mg take two! Reduced hunger but no nausea / reflux, although I am being extremely careful not to overeat, paying attention to any signs of fullness 🤣 Been trying to have larger lunches and smaller dinners recently which I find works better for me as the lunch will fill me up for the day!

Are you maintaining now @Pineapplepansy or how much left to go?

Doggymummar · 30/08/2023 16:47

Just had an email from right angled saying they have stock of all sizes Ozempic hurry hurry

BrendaLee · 31/08/2023 14:17

I've taken 25 tablets so far of 3mg. All has been good until yesterday and today - I feel a bit shaky, lightheaded and really tired. Is it possible to develop side effects after a few weeks? There's always a chance of something else going on, but just thought I'd ask if anyone has had this.

Londonlady365 · 31/08/2023 17:48

@BrendaLee yes sounds like low blood sugar. Are you getting headaches? Drink plenty of water and don't skip too many meals and it should pass.
