Rybelsus Day 01

I am on day 1 of taking rybelsus

I got my prescription from Health Express, for £139 (I'm not referring, just information)

I'm 14st 7lbs and 5ft 7.5inches

Took tablet at 0630 when I woke up

Feel free to join in here, I will try to update weekly losses (fingers crossed)

I’ve just ordered from Quickmeds. I hope they are okay!! I’ve done next day delivery so hoping it will arrive Friday fingers crossed. Why hasn’t Health Express got any, I was happy with them lol

Quickmeds cancelled my order out of stock and not expecting any anytime soon they said Aldo £185 it thereabouts.

I’ve just seen a note on quick meds saying nothing being dispatched Wednesday and Thursday this week…my order is just saying placed at the moment

Try messaging Numan’s customer service, they came back to me in about 10 mins to answer my stock queries. Have a look at Pill Doctor too, they did have stock.

I am now ending my second month and ready to go up to 14mg. I’ve lost 23lbs which I’m pleased with. The weight loss is steady and I like that, although I am impatient to lose quickly I also feel this is more sustainable.

Thanks I did message them and they said they will fast track it but still nothing today. They closed at 6pm so that's it for today. Thank you for the recommendation I'll take a look.

Hi all an update on coming off. 1 week of alternate days and now 7 days off. The effects and weight loss continued for a few days from stopping then appetite returned but no weight gain yet. I think I am maintaining the better diet and exercise. I did want to lose another 7lbs but thought i was seeing some sagging so leaving that for now. I have enough tablets left to do a top up period if I gain some weight back or if the sagging improves.

Glad you are getting yours @Doggymummar Mines now saying they’ve been dispatched so hope to get them tomorrow. They called this morning to check a few things and seemed pretty on it so fingers crossed!

I’m now in the 10 Stone bracket and have lost 31 pounds since I started in March. Happy with how it’s helping me control my appetite whilst helping me eat healthier (I crave fruit now lol)

Brilliant @Cjgdjkf I've lost about 40lb but I wanted to lose 100 originally so a way to go still, what's your target weight you are aiming for? My first goal is 13.5 which is the weight I was at uni 30 years ago.

@Doggymummar thats amazing! It feels so good after so many years struggling to even lose a few pounds no matter how much I tried! My ideal is 10 stone to start with. I’m getting super motivated by all the clothes I can now fit in again!

I took a few days off because of the headaches but trying again today. Welcome @Honeyandwine and congrats on the weight loss this week.

Haha, I'm waiting for dpd the can stopped outside then drive off. It's due between 9.30!and 10.30 so I don't know why he didn't deliver.n
