Morning all - I see the pie chart requests are stacking up nicely (cyb notwithstanding). I'm about to head out on another run, so shall have to tackle them later.

Lost 1lb this week, which is disappointing. But bear in mind this week contained monster barbeque, tons of booze and midnight maccy D's. To actually LOSE weight at all you can probably guess I've been on nothing but salad at all other times.

I may go and get a 1-day pass at the local gym this afternoon, as I heard weights burned loads of calories? My legs will be tired from this morning, but I could get to work toning my arms and upper body?

Poxy tbh, as have been zoney all fricking week. But I am on my Bloated Week so I suppose I should be pleased to have lost anthing at all. I'm out for a curry tonight so that'll blow the zone out of the water. Ditto my dirty romantic birthday weekend away with DH which starts tmrw. Bugger.

If you look at a pound of butter and mentally subtract it from your body it makes you realise how much a pound actually IS. Always makes me feel better.

My goal is around 9 1/2 stone so I'm only a few lbs off that now. Should be able to get to goal by the end of the month without killing myself.

Staying under 9 stone, still in the zone, but aware that next week is a potential binge time of month and going to France which won't help. Scales up 2 pounds today but trying not to let that bother me, gritting teeth and hanging in there. Finding it easier just to have 3 meals a day, no snacking, not even fruit. going for a gentle run. Have a good weekend everyone.

is less hassly ndp, one isn't piffling around with half a lb which might be the equivalent of a large wee anyway. and i can never remember how many lbs in a stone anyway.

Ok. Well after yesterday's disappointing WW weigh-in, I did cave and buy some (mechanical) scales in the supermarket. They have me at a pound less than the WW ones (I like them already! ) but I'm ignoring that.

So this morning, I weighed (after poo, naturally) and am a pound less than yesterday.

So according to WW scales yday morning, am 10st 8. According to mine this morning I'm 10st 6. Split the difference.

Start weight 10 stone 11 lb
loss this week 1 lb
Current weight 10 stone 7 lb
Initial target 10 stone. (ultimate target 9 stone 7.)

I'd love a piechart please, Undertone!
