Right late one here - some amazing losses.

I'm in a bit of dilemma whether to just give the weight I was "Officially" at my weigh-in at WW yesterday or whether to give the weight I am on Friday morning which is obviously first thing, post toiletting and in the knack.

I think I will stick with my ww for now so that's

11 stone 9 and a half (clothed but minus shoes)
Weight loss this week - ZERO

But this morning I got on the scales and was 11 stone 6 which is a pound lighter than I was last Friday.

Decisions decisions, maybe I'll split the difference and say I've lost ZERO this week but am 11 stone 6 - there you go - sorry for not contributing to the 10 stone MN-etter we are creating in our laboratory this week. But have a feeling I will have lost a pound or two next week.

I can report that Lesinge's hair is mighty fine btw and that her weight loss is VERY noticeable Stay away from the popcorn!!

ok 10lbs in 10 days is pushing it and the wine is not going to fall by the wayside so I'll settle for maybe 3 or 4

the shopping trip is my main incentive at the mo, so will have to stay focused, after that it is impending 40th so plenty to keep me on track 10st at 40? I don't think I have been that since my teens
