My total weight loss in two weeks is 4.5lbs. I feel so pleased with myself only about 28 more pounds to go.

chonky · 11/09/2005 08:43

PeachyClair · 11/09/2005 09:39

(There was I- you wouldn't guess I'm from Somerset would you????? lol!)

Pizza Express don't put much cheese on tho, IME. Thank goodness!! Piza Hut use loads, but I don't think it tastes as nice at all. Mine just seemed to be a touck of cheese, capers, a few raisins and loads and loads of roast onions

fee77 · 11/09/2005 21:07

Wow - everyone is doing so well, and i have good news too. 21/2 lb off, so only 1/2lb away from 2 stone! I am really in the "zone" now - i only hope it lasts!

Well done fee77, that's excellent! I wish I could match it, I've lost 1 1/2lb this week.

Hmmm, cream teas, there's no way I could turn one down Hope you have a lovely time Dior.

pjsmum · 13/09/2005 16:11

Stayed the same this week, bit disappointing as been really good and been to the gym 3 times. Leader reckons i'l have a double result next week. We'll have to see. Well done to everyone

Mummyvicky · 13/09/2005 16:23

Hi pjs mum, I've found that after a bad result, the next week I lose more weight. So good luck - and i'm sure you'll do briliantly!

I have WI tonight, and my scales are saying no loss! Ive stuck exactly to my points, usually 1 or 2 under each day, and no change ?? grrr im sure its those 10 extra breastfeeding points!! gutted now...

Hi Dior, yes exclusivly b/f ( he's 11 weeks)
out of 210 points in a week, this week I used 200. Also 7.5 points of exercise.
I managed to lose 1lb at wi last night, but for someone that is obese and only 6 weeks into it,I lost alot more when I got to gold in 2002
weird.... Im STILL not going to get disheartened with it..yet !!

catsmother · 14/09/2005 11:26

I did something awful yesterday - the day before weigh-in. For some reason, I binged, my 1st binge in 8 weeks. I ate: 3 bags of hula-hoops, 2 slices of bread & butter, half a big bar of Lindt chocolate, 2 Hungry Hippos, I penguin and 2 bags of Cadbury Chocolate animals. All this stuff is in the house for the kids (apart from the lindt) and has been in the cupboard for 6 weeks or more.

Well, weigh-in this morning and I stayed the same ..... serves me right I suppose, and hardly a surprise.

I could kick myself !

ark · 14/09/2005 12:03

sorry cm - but i did have a little giggle - you did at least binge with admirable style! But at least you didn't gain and you are back on the bnd wagon.

If I were a ww leader i would ask you if you felt there was a trigger1 Was there?

misstimms · 14/09/2005 12:56

Hello everyone, week 2 and i have lost another 2lbs on no count. Can't help feeling disappointed though....
mummyvicky, whilst I was breastfeeding I lost all but 1/2 stone without trying too hard, but that last 1/2 stone did not shift with dieting (points) until I stopped feeding. Someone told me at the time that some people just hold onto a bit of weight in order to provide enough milk. Good luck!

PeachyClair · 14/09/2005 13:22

3lbs this week- another 4.5 and I am at goal!!!! And I got my keyring this week too! Facing the future with renewed determination...

PeachyClair · 14/09/2005 13:24

misstimms don't be disappointed, 2lbs is ecavctly the right weight loss for you to not mess up your metabolisma nd to maintain the weight loss. I lost 1.5 lbs most weeks, unless I was usuusually active. You're doing rgeat!

Mummyvicky · 14/09/2005 13:54

peachyClair wow well done ! The feeling when you finally get to goal is wonderful! Not that Im at all jealous of you !!
MissTimms - thanks for that, maybe my body is holding onto 4 stone of fat for breastfeeding then !!
I shouldn't whinge, at least its coming off and not going on !!!

fee77 · 14/09/2005 20:11

Oh a few ups and downs this week i see! But don't lety it get you down.
I am doing ok - i started back at work today, and had a ww chocolate brownie as a treat - only 2 points and just the chocolate fix i needed. I was going to have a glass of wine too but think it might knock me out!
Dior - holidays are so hard, try to enjoy yourself, but hurry back, we need your words of wisdom!
