Shake and WAKE has set me up for the day. Honest. Am wide awake and raring to go.

I will just have a cup of tea first.

Hullo biwi. Are you ketosis expert then?

I might make a lentil soup today. Anyone have a good one?

I like the Fat Face one. Cap sleeves are not my friend though or WILL THEY BE this year!

YoginiBikini · 24/03/2010 06:47

Morning. Can't quite face that wake and shake this morning.

Like the dull dress. Well described.

Go on Su where would you go in the second dress?

Don't hide BIWI

largeginandtonic · 24/03/2010 06:48

There is no hope this year with this shocking type of wtf about.

brimfull · 24/03/2010 06:52

morning peeps

fatface dress from the back is strange
sides look longer than middle
which could give that
'my arse is so huge my dress can't fit over it look'

YoginiBikini · 24/03/2010 07:00

Well spotted ggirl.
I know that look well. Best avoided if possible

BariatricObama · 24/03/2010 07:04

that dp dress is a shocker, the chain..... wtf.

BecauseImWorthIt · 24/03/2010 07:13

I'm a long term on-off low carber - hence my arrival here. I definitely need a big kick up the backside to get back on the wagon and I have 21lbs to lose.

Singe - as long as you got straight back on to the diet, and you drink loads of water, you should be fine. Lentils aren't as bad as a plate of chips or pasta!

Trillian · 24/03/2010 07:24

Hate the title of this thread, it is a well known anorexic slogan .

Oh and chocolate from a little shop in Paris taste way better then being a stick size 6 could ever ever feel

BariatricObama · 24/03/2010 07:26

i don't think any one on thsi thread is aiming for asize 6!

SuSylvester · 24/03/2010 07:28

trill hi

" adressed that issue"

I feel The Zone slipping further away, it's boring 'cutting back'. Hogging does make me happy. I think I'm not doing very well because when I weighted myself I found out I was a stone ligher than I presumed .

Will struggle on til FRiday If I haven't lost anything (apart from my will to live) I'm jacking it in.

Ok. That's my pep talk for today

[goes to put horsehair shirt on]

BariatricObama · 24/03/2010 08:18

coco - dig deep! you can do it!

BariatricObama · 24/03/2010 08:20

actually i am struggling too. still in teh one but premenstrual and probably not losing anything as i blow up like a re hydrated suet dumpling

largeginandtonic · 24/03/2010 08:24

Come on Coco and BO. You can do it.

Long term happy will come from being slim and healthy. Think of the summer.

Flesh on show
Beach
Swimming pool lounging
vest tops and shorts
flip flops

COME ON

largeginandtonic · 24/03/2010 08:26

I felt nothing last week. Just the same despite the big loss.

Today i am definately feeling slimmer. Tummy flatter and looser waist band. GAp size 12's feeling loads better on.

Stay motivated.

geordieminx · 24/03/2010 08:50

Morning ladies.

Have lost another 2lb this morning.. although got grief from dh for getting on the scales every morning, apparently "it isnt good for me" Needless to say he was told to cock off.

Have unearthed suit from back of wardrobe, in prep for interview tomorrow, it isnt as tight as I feared so all good. Will buy new top and shoes today as a treat.

Has anyone got a recipe for free (ish) soup?

Also any ideas for Sunday lunch - something I can adapt for me, but that ds (3) will eat? Was thinking lean mince spag bol, and just not having any much pasta?

mrsjuan · 24/03/2010 08:58

Am I too late to join the flagellation fun?

I want to have to push my elbows in slightly to make them reach my waist (does that make any sense? - it's how I know I am looking slim rather than a bit chunky)

9lb should do it.

What are the rules?
