LeSingeEstDansLarbre · 22/03/2010 20:36

BariatricObama · 22/03/2010 20:39

LeSingeEstDansLarbre · 22/03/2010 20:39

duckyfuzz · 22/03/2010 20:40

jenduff · 22/03/2010 20:48

Did someone say maltesers? Are we allowed maltesers?

Got carried away with the brazil nuts from the other thread and ate the whole small bag - still its low carb and my skin will be youthful and dewy

cyb · 22/03/2010 20:59

I'm remembering to forget to remember what I forgot to remember before I forgot it. Thats right, isn't it?

I'm not doing low cal anything, for those ofyou who are uninspired by 'low cal' cooking. I'm just doing no crap inbetween, no bread and butter, no biscuits, smaller portion sizes, 'make me happy' portions if you will

I'm having
Make Me HAppy Meals

cyb · 22/03/2010 21:00

NO MALTESERS If I;m not allowed them no one else is either

SuSylvester · 22/03/2010 21:00

gp says i can run properly so now i just have to do it rather than complain about not being able to.

cyb · 22/03/2010 21:41

thats it, l g and t, you hide from your kitchen

MamaGoblin · 22/03/2010 21:49

Today -

Special K with red fruit
apple

Veg Pot (pearl barley 'risotto' with mushrooms)
carrot sticks
no cake (DS had a little one)

Did NOT eat the crispy crumb casings of DS's fish bites for his tea. Nor any of his oven chips, dammit.
satsuma

supper - roasted veg with balsamic and prob too much olive oil, and wafer-thin slice of goat's cheese melted on top. Slice of roast beef from yday, v v lean. Bloody gorgeous.

A hell of a lot of water.

Am feeling well-fed and good.

largeginandtonic · 22/03/2010 21:50

at Shiney!

largeginandtonic · 22/03/2010 21:55

Mamagoblin well done. Looks like a good list.

I am going to bed now.

Another day of food obsessed craziness ahead. Tis exhausting

CheeeseOnToast · 22/03/2010 22:05

Evenin' all.

Today's list:

Porridge
Salad with tinned tuna and lots of cherry tomatoes - balsamic dressing
Handful of cheerios
Seafood ramen from Wagamamas (but avoided all extras and left about half the noodles)

Two (ok three) squares of Green & Blacks choc. First choc in almost a week.

And I did a 6.8k run this morning.

Probably should have drunk more water, will glug a gallon before bed.

I'm quite keen to try these thin things Su is talking about tomorrow.

Right, early-ish night for me, will take book and hot water bottle to bed and ignore the rest of that chocolate bar calling me from the fridge.
