Today after cornflakes; banana, 3 ryvita with 3 cheese triangles (light dontcha know) fruit salad, fruit in jelly. Just finished big bowl of beef and vegetable soup. I've bought maltesers for supper, I refuse to give up chocolate [pouts]. I won't eat any biscuits/chocolate during the day though.

Cyb's getting all emotional - it is lovely to see people changing something that they don't like about themselves.

I still think that we shouldn't be bullied into changing the title when it is not offensive. At least not to a reasonable person.

And Olivia.. you drove me to consuming a slice of malt loaf (33 calories) so is a part of my muffinage that will always be MN.
