BlueBumedFly · 21/03/2010 20:40

Net loss = 9lbs, GOT to loose 3 more before Saturday, going to a Spa and have a bet on with a friend....

largeginandtonic · 21/03/2010 20:42

Muscle def weighs more than fat. That is fact surely?

My bmi was terrible.

duckyfuzz · 21/03/2010 20:47

selling off some of my size 14 stuff on ebay tonight - the point of no return!

am about 24 bmi, was heading towards 29

fishie · 21/03/2010 21:17

bmi is ghastly upsetting.

roast ox turned out to be (literally) fishy smorgasbord so all fine there. resisted all but tiniest bits of cake.

this evening i have had a corn thin, three ancient felafels from freezer and finished the smoked scallops. grapes. champagne. beaujolais.

CheeeseOnToast · 21/03/2010 21:19

My BMI was what I thought, but I was shocked what my weight in kgs is in stone - I am def the heaviest I've ever been.

Must MUST lose weight. And I will. Shocked though that I could lose a stone and still be deemed well within the 'healthy weight' category.

LeSingeEstDansLarbre · 21/03/2010 21:19

what are corn thins?

largeginandtonic · 21/03/2010 21:20

Fishie i want to be in your kitchen.

I just ate 4 dried apricots >

BariatricObama · 21/03/2010 21:23

i am having a wobble. dh announced our first month on the austerity budget is not a great success. i instantly turned to dd's leftovers to start hoovering. my eating is so emotion related.

lesinge - cornthins are some product su swears by

fishie · 21/03/2010 21:36

corn thins are rice cakes but made of sweetcorn / maize and half the depth. i did have a tiny bit of cheese with mine. no idea how to keep them crispy.

cyb · 21/03/2010 21:36

Cheese I know what you mean about turning a corner with portion size and appetite, I'm not automatically heaving the same slab of food onto my plate that I give dh (he is soon to begin the cycling season and will be whipett thin so I'm trying to secretly fatten him up)

cyb · 21/03/2010 21:39

Oh I can now do up lots of the pairs of trews that I had thrown into a basket thinking I would never wear again. And on closer inspection I'm thinking 'I will never wear those again' so have given to skinny dd who now looks like Diane Keaton in Annie Hall, all wide legged trousers and hair in a bun

bobbiewickham · 21/03/2010 21:44

Loving my status as bad girl of the thread

Have had three corn thins with a scraping of pecorino cheese and basil dip and some homemade veg and lentil soup and a handful of nuts and an apple.

Erm, that's a lot isn't it?

Better day tomorrow...

cyb · 21/03/2010 21:51

Porridge
Salmon, broccoli, carrots, some mediterranean veg mix thing, three new potatoes, random yorkshire pud.
Choc pud.
Three glasses rose wine.

Then the above.

It is quite a lot of food, really, when you see it all written down.

cyb · 21/03/2010 21:56

CheeeseOnToast · 21/03/2010 22:20

Am tired too, Cyb. And I even had a nap today. Early night for me I think.

My legs bum and stomach are really aching from that inch loss treatment yesterday. It was really quite severe.

glasjam · 21/03/2010 22:23

Yes, I must admit to having more early nights lately. I know night time is a danger time for me - I can consume a VAST amount in these hours. In fact, I might turn in now before the cheese and crackers start calling

SuSylvester · 21/03/2010 22:24

yes agree
or brush teeth

thing is if you dont do a diet properly it goes on and ona nd gets dull
