Hiya,

Am starting Monday, I have not weighed myself yet and think I probably need to loose close to 3 stone but am aiming for 2 by end of March.

Will weigh myself in here on Monday and update each Monday after.
Anyone want to join me?

GRUBER - sains do some lovely bgty cereal bars - maple, peach/apricot/appm/blackberry - all yummy all 1p on ww - but dont know of any cranberry ones

OMG I'm unfit!

Went down the 8 flights at a fair pace for a warm up, then up 2.5 flights at a good lick, trying to be energetic and raise my heartrate...

Then my legs turned to lead, I could hear my pulse doing a techno beat and I had to walk up the rest, stopping on each floor to catch my breath!

Made it back to the top and was wheezing and blowing like I'd run a marathon - oh, this is not good!

I bought the Davina power of 3 and have yet to even open it

I'moff to look around a gym on friday, I love my pump and combat classes! It's on a concession at work and it's a lovely gym with all the facilities and it's normally £65 per month, I'll get it for £45.... I'm quite excited!

I was PMSL at the shampooed Forrera Rocher!!!! DH still has a HUGE tobleerone and a box of maltesers that keep winking at me, but they are DH's so I can't throw them

nearly tea time.... have managed on porridge and small slice toast brekkie and soup and tangerine for lunch.

wot to have for tea what you girlies having any inspiration. Need to go on wii fit tonight when i get the kids to bed.

PhaseolusLunatus, what is the recipe for your veggie curry? I could do with something like that to eat during the day or some nice soups to have for lunch. I might join ww again, i did it for a few weeks once, its all extra money though and by the time i have been swimming once and to a class its all going to be mounting up

Uh-oh it's nibbly o'clock again! And there are some tasty fishcakes left over from the kids tea...must go and freeze them quickly before I eat them!

Going to make a coffee instead.

I too would like the veggie curry recipe please

Am so hoping there is not heavy snow tonight - have much busy things to do tomorrow and twill all be ruined if people can't drive on the South Coast sigh

I had lime and corriander chicken breast (5 points) with jacket spud (3 points) and 0 point salad.

And will have a WW yogurt in a bit.

Been swimming this morning, and just come back from the gym, so very proud of myself!
only did 1/2 hour breaststroke and then 1hour walking and cycling.
Caught sight of myself in the mirror when cycling, horrendous!!!
Gotta do this.
Anyone any recipes that will satisfy DH as well as lowfat and lowcal???

Am feeling alot fuller tonight than last night, I did fill half my plate with salad though, but its '0 points' so im ok there!

Sill have 7 points left for today so will see how I go and if it gets bad I'll have cereal for 2.5 points.

Haven't done any exercise today or yesterday my davina has gone missing but its downloading now so will do that tomorrow, I really, really want a wii fit, might beg DH and intice him with the thought of my belly stopping wobbling, lol!

I've made some low fat sugar free jelly so I'll have that in a bit once DS2 is asleep.

I'm also due my AF so that doesn't help with the chocolate cravings

I had Homity Pie for dinner yummy! - Potatoes, Garlic, leeks, peas, onions, veg stock,thyme and parsley. was lovely. and 0 syns!!!!

Am scared of the scary WWs lady tutting at me

Don't get me wrong ive done everything right, kept within my points, ate nothing bad and will exercise but theres that scary little doubt

I think I will cry if I have lost no weight by Monday! Had scrummy chicken and salad for dinner though, but don't feel 'full'. Might go nibble a rice cake!

i am dreading the monday weigh in.i lost 7lbs my first week on ww last time,nearly fainted with shock.i have been trying to keep that in mind today especially when i found a flake,all cold and lonely in the fridge.had it in my hand ready to eat it BUT i put it back and had a tangerine instead.too my knowledge the flake is still there,and there it will stay.

Hi -can I join!! I am trying to get my figure back after #3.
I have managed to lose 2lbs in my first week which is a little disappointing as last time I did ww I lost 6lb the first week. (lost 2.5 stone in total) Am hoping this thread will spur me on.
Am using the wii to weigh me but it is annoying to fluctuate day by day. Am taking each Monday as my reading.
I wangt results and I want them now!!!!!

So did my 30 mins on the wii fit. Jogging Hula hoop jack knife and boxing. fun and variety makes it easier. THen sat down to watch my big fat diet and feel all inspired again, even if i am a little hungry but its getting late so dont want to snack.

any one else see the programme?

i'm dreading weigh in too, think it's the way it goes with dieting I have a bit of a headache tonight, probably sugar/chocolate come down!

I have been so good today Going on previous diets i've been on it won't last long

I have had 2xwholemeal toast and marmite for breakfast(prefer cereal but have run out of milk) Salad with low fat ceasar dressing for lunch and what was supposed to be a roast for dinner, but the chicken was clearly not cooked properly so had a quick change to roast pots, loads of veg, yorkshire puds and nut cutlets(left from when my sisters boyf came over, he's veggie) oh and gravy. Snacks were 2 apples, had a couple of glasses of water and tea, and a low cal hot choc. And am now having my 'treat' diet coke

Crikey when you write it down that's quite enough for a day. Shame I had been eating a lot more and mainly processed crap and choc/crisps
