thankyou dis and lrd, I was just a bit annoyed really as it'll take loads of effort to lose 2 stone, let alone anymore!! I should know BMI is rubbich as dh should weigh alot less than he ever will, he really does have big bones and isn't very tall, so in theory should weigh a few stone less than his target(he's aiming for 2 stone less by May) but he'll probably still be overweight according to the charts.
Still I'm doing ok so far today, I had frosted shredded wheats, ok so it could be better but i'm starting slowly so I don't cut it all out!! that's my excuse when they've gone i'll get something different.
Can't decide whether to have soup or salad for lunch. DH made up a huge bowl of salad for us to have over the week to make it easier to just grab IYSWIM.
low fat snacks, hmmm, i think i'll try sticking to fruit/veg tbh as if I try the low fat crisps/choc i just tend to go straight back to the normal stuff My 'treat' will be diet coke I'm going to try to stick to water most of the time, a cup of tea or 2 maybe at work.
it sounds so dull doesn't it
I have to keep thinking, well for the last 10 years since we had our own home I've been splurging on whatever I want so now I have to be dull to lose the fat!
