2010 weight loss, Loose 2 stone by March - anyone want to join me?

Hiya,

Am starting Monday, I have not weighed myself yet and think I probably need to loose close to 3 stone but am aiming for 2 by end of March.

Will weigh myself in here on Monday and update each Monday after.
Anyone want to join me?

What is everyone's plan?? I'm going to try and kickstart by running 30 mins every day this week except today (got DS with me so can't). Try to avoid snacks except fruit/nuts/ricecakes only alcohol will be a glass or two of wine on fri and sat nights (got to have some pleasure in life!!)
Food plan today is:
B- yog and blackberries
L- soup and 2 ryvita with low fat philidelphia
D- cod with fennel and tomato bake

Am determind to have a good 1st week loss - plan to weigh each mon morn and measure at the end of each month.

Fingers crossed!!

runforit my plan is water,water,water and a lot less wine .have got into lot's of bad habits the last 18 months after losing over 4 stone.managed to keep it to just a stone back on but if i carry on it will be alot more!

Had a piddling amount of scrambled egg for breakfast. Not sure what lunch will be as I don't have much in.
Dinner is going to be roast chicken (minus the lovely, crispy skin), mixed veg and a small amount of mash.

Well that's me started this morning, let's see how long my will power can last!

Start weight: 12 stone, Target weight 10 stone, weight loss 0.

Cereal for breakfast, baked potato and beans for lunch and salmon for dinner.

boiled egg and hot water with lemon for breakfast

just started the veg soup for lunch and to snack on when i'm starving!!!
resisted dds toast and chucked it straight in the bin,result
how does everyone else cope with food that is left over? i can't remember what i used to do to avoid it

We are having our big meal at lunchtime today as we are both working tonight. A yummy southern fried chicken fillet with pasta. Normally have 2 bits of chicken and a huge pile of chips. Then will probably have some soup when I get in from work.

TBH, I'd settle for 11 stone. Pleased I made porridge this morning, have found trainers to go brisk walking this morning.

Miraculously lost 3lb since Fri!!! Don't know how but v. pleased. Doesn't count though as it wasn't on here...

Can I join? I have just eaten (almost) the last of the butter on toast and was deliberately lloking for a thread like this.

I don't have batteries in my scales at the moment but will get some today and check in later if thats's ok.

I would also like to lose 2-3 stone, especially from my thunder thighs and tummy, so am also going to be measuring monthly as well as weighing weekly.

Ooo, can i join in, really need to shift some of the baby weight, especially as dd is now 7 months...no excuse really...right, let me go and weigh myself.....i really need to go down the shops and get some stuff in, currently all we have in the cupboards is biccies and chocs from xmas

Was going to start this morning, and I am thowing out all the goodies left over from Xmas, but had to have a handful of cheese nibbles. Thrown the nuts in the garden for the squirrels, so now ready to go!

Yes, i shall go to the shops this afternoon for healthy things.... and i can incorporate a walk into the bargain to try and get things going. I think i might hop on the mini trampoline and contemplate what i can eat while dd is asleep.
