Here we are, thanks Cyteen for the excellent title although it's slightly false advertising on my part

at idea of self captured on film running across finish line with boobs tassels flying.

dizzydixies · 03/01/2010 23:05

cheeky mare !!!

would love to head over VG, would absolutely love it but am afraid the finances have been done and they are not looking remotely good at all all things cancelled for forseeable future infast until we can dig ourselves out of sodding great hole - worse part is that its all my fault

although if the ryanair flights fall to 99p and I promise to put out I might manage to persuade him

Sazz sometimes you;d be surprised, before i realised the extent of our destitute situation I was pricing up eurodisney (kids under 7 go free, D would get free flight being under 2 and we could fly with easyjet and use the airmiles from Tesco clubcard tokens for the hotel) that weekend as DD1 has 3 days off school that week due to inservice days/local holidays - the were remarkably cheap for Paris on Valentines weekend - approx £23 each before taxes etc

Ryanair on the other hand are feckers and watch for rugby dates/ valentines etc and hike up the prices

I may well yet have a nosey at Aer Lingus though, just in case

dizzydixies · 03/01/2010 23:11

VG you do realise that there is no way on gods green earth that i could run the length of myself never mind 10k if you wished to come over however I would bedelighted feel obliged to show you the hospitable nature of the Weegies!!

VintageGardenia · 03/01/2010 23:13

Excellent! It's cheeky of me I know to be whinging about getting a visit when I have been muttering for ages about planning Scotland (still am btw). If my ma improves sufficiently hope to be in Peterborough in Feb or Mar ... not that close to anyone though.

VintageGardenia · 03/01/2010 23:14

It's not till MAY! And this is the HotMamas thread - when I went for a run in the hotel I stayed in the time I met up with Sazz and Oops I think I could only run 2K, now I quite like running .

dizzydixies · 03/01/2010 23:14

oh we have friends there that we're due to visit, they had a baby last Feb and we've never been down yet - shall have to tug on DH's guilt strings

VintageGardenia · 03/01/2010 23:15

Nice! Is in Cambridgeshire?

dizzydixies · 03/01/2010 23:16

yes it is darling (and no I haven't just googled it )

dizzydixies · 03/01/2010 23:20

VG - May is 5months away and there is no way I could have a strong enough bra commissioned in that time!!

Sazz, flights to Dub from Ed are only £100 for 2 over valentine weekend with flights costing £0 and the rest made up with taxes/charges

VintageGardenia · 03/01/2010 23:24

ShockAbsorber by Adidas (I think).

Or this I don't have it but it looks - though somewhat industrial / corsetlike - the business.
