although has just announced she needs to 'feel better' and wants the blanket on the makeshift bed she has made for herself in the middle of the living room Dylan helping by stealing the cushions/pillows - I fear this is going to end in tears, probably mind

No run for me today as the streets are like one big skating rink. Hopefully tomorrow...

impressive sazz.. i was running around a play centre chasing the dds for an hour today.. does that count? ...

think my main problem is snacking, not eating proper meals, drinking a glass of wine every night and not drinking enough water!!!

so plan... eat three proper but small meals a day.. up the water massively and no wine in the week.. oh and exercise at least three times a week!!!

so... will be starting all of the above tom as its is almost wine o'clock and after the day i have had with the dds trying to kill eachother i think i deserve it

Missed you lot too . Has been terribly tricky month timewise. Have been very glad to have my mum staying here but has completely thrown routine etc and I have no time to myself (not her fault I hasten to add). With Christmas on top of it all, and a week in the West - disaster all round, including impossibility of getting out of house to gym, hard to do my work, etc etc (sorry to moan I feel v guilty doing it and it is MUCH worse for her than me and I love her to bits).

I am running again since yesterday so got to build it up again, booked creche for tomorrow too.

You have run 10K twice in a week & your customary time is sub an hour so your fitness is excellent Sazz. I am still stuck at 8K in about 50 mins.
