yay dizzy.

I think i know why i have lost 4lb the last 2 weeks. we have had takeaway on the sunday instead of the friday due to various things. PLUS i have given up lattes for lent, so i guess that is helping too.

queen. Why would dp do that? was ds awake whinging? Can't dp entertain him for a few mins? grr for you.

Back on the wagon dizzy lol.. well i have just completed my 20.6km in 31 minutes.. had to really push myself the last few km to reach my usual time.. sit up completed.. dd2 asleep.. bliss... all done for another day

Hmmm am having carby sugary cravings for first time, properly, since this damn diet. Trying to keep strong by nibbling almonds and quaffing agua. You can imagine how satisfying that is .

Been terrible about gym last wk but have booked creche for tomorrow so will deffo go.

albs ds was awake but not whingeing. He was nattering away in his cot. DP said he was 'starting to cry'.
Ah well, have made clear to him on the phone what the plan is re mornings, so hopefully will do better tomorrow.
Managed to get some exercise in while ds slept

vg hang in there!. I'm resisting hunger pangs atm too.

can someone please remind not to do sneaky weigh in every day ... done 21km on bike and some pilates for tum.. not happy with the scales want to throw them out the window ...

cyteen completely understandable.. hopefully today will be a bit more positive [hugs]..

well done sazz.. not alot but very productive workout.. (secretly thinking her workout was alot)...

sorry for those with hunger pains.. mine are permanently there and keep guzzling water to make them go away..

mixed day here, couldn't muster the energy to go to gym but managed to make my no points soup and had a reasonable day food wise

tired so will be heading to bed early again tonight

gosh, you're all utterly rivetted by my daily updates I can tell

i'm getting the dreaded lurgy yuck sinuses really playing up... may have to follow in sazz's footsteps and hit the sauna tom .. maybe without the secret pilates

I had a glass of wone last night, but otherwise id ok yesterday - two half hour exercise sessions yesterday, wil try do some again today while ds naps.

have a horrible raging sore throat today, feel like i have swallowed a golf ball and sinuses still playing up.. only managed 30 lengths of pool and sauna (tried sazz's sneaky pliates but only managed to do the 100s)....

oh well i guess it better than nothing at all.. onwards and upwards as they say

Hello everyone.

Ran 5K yesterday and have creche booked for 12 today but achilles are very twingy again so not sure what to do. Might try swimming or rowing instead.

Was up on the scales today, will be pissed off it that holds up till Friday , better get on the water today...

No point soup is a great idea dizz, I always forget about that.

Unmotivated.

stopped mody coddling myself and jumped on bike and did my 21km slightly slower in 32 minutes... blaming that on feeling under the weather ..

agree with the unmotivation vg (in fact you inspired me to get off my butt and onto the bike)... feel like the scales are my enemy atm all this work for feck all reward.. ok rant over!

I'm afraid I did not stop mollycoddling myself. Went to gym, swam 20 lengths and had a sauna yes well that's going to shift the pounds...

Well done LOTI! I'd better read some of my old posts and give myself a boot in the arse.

Why on earth should this be? I have had a low exercise week (one run, one small swim) but have eaten 100 per cent ok, perhaps slightly down on the water but not significantly .

Nobody could be 3lb up without sugar and bread and all that. Pah!

Might make dizzy's soup today. Or I was reading a recipe for curried courgette soup, sounded nice.

hugs vg hopefully it will all melt by tom.. if its any consolation i cannot remember the last time i ate bread/pasta/cream sauces/potatoes/rice/cheese.- and i'm still going up not down ..{ oh am a veggie too so no meat obviously!)

amazed how much i hurt after my swim yesterday.. still feeling like death warmed up but need to get one more exercise in this week so will tootle myself off to the gym and see what inspires me xx
