went first thing, am now doing some cafe work with candleford in the background and am breaking my heart

was weighed at the gym this morning as haven't been weighed since I visited in Dec but the girl going to weigh and measure me on Thursday to get a proper starting point as I told her I'd put on over Christmas and started loosing again.

Had to have half a milky way in the supermarket as was getting a bit shaky but other than that had cereal and a delicious tuna and feta cheese salad for lunch. Didn't buy anything naughty apart from wine so nothing to tempt me!

your lunch sounds fab hots - am still to have mine as brekker was so late - no feta or salad here though as supermarket shopping earmarked for later on

hiya!
Monday is my odd day. cos of work in the eve i don't get dinner.
So, for brekker - ready brek, had a croissant (naked - it not me) when dh and ds and i went out for a cup of tea. Lunch was a jacket potato with baked beans, carrot sticks, half a banana and 3/4 of a pear (ds's fickle lunch rejects).

will have a starbucks (skinny) coffee treat on way to work, then when i get in will have ryvitas with cream cheese and maybe a bit of real cheese for a treat.

I just logged my effort as a 30 minute jog (I looked at all the running/walking options and though feck it jogging sounds about right) and its told me I haven't burnt off ANY CALORIES

poor DH, I think that was like a wee stroll for him running next to my wee short fat legs I did make him nearly fall laughing though when I described it as falling forward on account of my fat rather than running

this food focus is scary.. logged what i have had so far today and almost at my limit ... me thinks i need to revise my snacking and try and eat some proper meals.. feckin starving now and no chance to do any exercise tonight so lettuce anyone?

Sazz it keeps dropping everything I've added to my food log - I've entered it 3 times today, just gone back in to check and once again I've nothing logged

Don't forget that (I think) if you are a bit tubbier it uses more calories to do the same exercise?

Had a pancake was lush but gonna have to do big biking now...

I did that too and its given me 330 - have also just seen that its different calories depending on your weight so that will be why!

yipee 330 off for me on top of my gym
