Have been doing my wii-fit reigime for about 2.5 weeks solid now. I start with 10mins super hula hoop, followed by 2 attempts at the step plus, and then either do the 10min boxing or do a mixture of muscle workouts and yoga poses... tatal around 30mins workout per day.

Have so far lost around a stone in total, averaging just under 1lb a day...

Have also dropped a dress size.

started as a size 14-16 both top and bottom... have large boobs so dont expect to be smaller than a 12 up top by time i finish but want to be a 10 on my waist... so i'm wearing a size 12 dress today, and all my designer size 14's that didn't even zip up before i started are now perfect on me...

I'm on a real high and have also started watching my calorie intake for the first time in my life... and BF DD2 who is nearly 9mths, but she's only taking about 5 feeds a day so not sure what that will burn...

Dont want to loose spirit throughout xmas so would love some friends to help keep me on the right track!!

Hi twinkle183 - sorry it has taken me so long to reply. I didn't get a chance to come on here over christmas. I wish you lots of luck with ww. How did you get on with it over christmas or are you starting in the new year?

I am doing Go Lower. I have been doing really well the last few weeks but got to admit I got a bit off track over christmas but am back on it again now.

Hi

Mind if I join you?

I'm planning on starting WW next weekend - I thought about it several weeks ago but decided to wait until after xmas to avoid any setbacks.

I'm 5ft 3

start weight 10st 3 - although I haven't weighed myself over christmas...
aiming to lose one and half stones ultimately.

Fingers crossed!

twinkle183 · 29/12/2009 20:50

Welcome to the club...

mummymels Am starting as of the first of Jan.. thought that would be the best and also as a goal to get the fitness going me and my partner have decided to do the great north run!!

So hopefully the weight will just fall off.... fingers crossed xxx

mrswill · 29/12/2009 21:14

Hello all, can I join too.

What is Go lower, Ive never heard of that?

Ive been putting off dieting until after christmas as I just know I wont be able to stop eating all the chocs and booze going around. So Ive started SW today, Ive been bloody starving however much free food Im wolfing down though. Am generally quite a good cook, but I cant believe the difference fat/oil makes to the taste of food, now I dont have any in mine. It'll be worth it when im size 8/10 again though.

Im 5ft 2 with slight build.
Start weight - 10st 6lb
Goal - 8st 10lb.

Good luck everyone!

mummymels · 31/12/2009 01:56

twinkle - good luck with the Great North Run. What a great aim to have. I am being thick here but when is it? Have you got long to train?

Mrswill - welcom and good luck with SW. Hopefully once you get into the swing of things you won't feel hungry anymore.

Go Lower is a low carb diet where they send you ready meals to your door so you don't have to cook your own meals. It makes it easy and you can even have chocolate which suits me down to the ground!

meangreenmotherfromouterspace · 31/12/2009 11:22

thanks for the welcome.

I think i'm enjoying my last few days of freedom a bit too much - I've finished the christmas brie, and the christmas wensleydale with cranberries and the christmas sausage rolls and the christmas chocolates and the christmas....

dreading my first weigh in

i'm almost looking forward to going back to work so I can't spend all day eating!

mummymels · 31/12/2009 21:46

lol, you may as well make the most of it before the diet starts!

mummymels · 07/01/2010 21:28

Just wondering how everyone are getting on since the new year?
