I have had
2 pieces toast, marmite, olives spread
half a small avocado
a small omelette cooked in no oil except what was left in the pan after cooking ds's and dp's with tarragon, red pepper and a sliver of goat's cheese
5 toffees from ds's pick and mix
about 10 Smarties from same, oops (ditto)
a small piece of garlic bread
1 small glass of wine
and tonight we are having a Sainsbury's Bombay Brasserie takeaway, prob will end up being 700 cal and I will drink more wine, I feel sure so a pretty crap day diet wise but very enjoyable in every other way!
I have walked 2 miles though. And dp reckons my stomach's gone down a bit.

WideWebWitch · 11/06/2005 18:47

MI, I wish my dp would just keep finding forgotten bottles of fizzy booze, sounds lovely!

JoolsToo · 11/06/2005 18:50

today I have had cornflakes with linseed, skimmed milk and Splenda

a ham wholemeal sandwich with Olivio/ and eccles cake and tea from flask - walked up Langdale Pikes

for tea (or dinner if you're posh) dh is cooking us chicken chasseur which we usually have with rice but I'm abstaining tonight and the intention is to have no choccy (time will tell!) and one glass of merlot

bubblerock · 11/06/2005 18:57

Porridge with milk/honey for breakfast and an apple - no wonder I'm bloody hungry! Waiting for guests to finish dinner then we're ordering a chinese, I'm going to be good though and have boiled rice and schezuen (sp?) vegetables yum!

WideWebWitch · 11/06/2005 19:43

Ha ha, at this, I'm BAD too. But you've still lost weight enid so that's good. Oh I know Michelle, garlic bread, WHY? I don't need garlic bread. Or red wine. Or curry. God, I love food though. I wish I could just eat what I liked and not get fat. But I am a heifer. And not a small heifer at that. The red wine is making me insouciant!

jampots · 11/06/2005 19:45
