I am vegetarian and can only do Green. I have been good, hardly ever go over my syns, or even close to the 15. Only have one Healthy Extra a and b. Have even drastically cut down on free foods that are stodgy like pasta, potatoes, etc and gone to pulses instead. Still only lost 4lbs (which was what I put on over Christmas anyway) since end Jan?
Anyone else struggling. Perhaps it only works for some people. I must say that now that I have given up the obviously fattening things - my diet is not that much different from pre-slimming world.
