Says it all really....I am paid up for the next qtr, as was getting fed up of FF.

I lie! (In a nice way!) I weighed myself before tea, and i've actually lost 3.3lbs, so thats all my holiday weight!!!

Jodie hope you enjoyed the BC class tonight.

I have managed to persuade DH to let me do 2 classes at the gym tomorrow (Pump followed by Step) - I just hope DS2 behaves for him as he is supposed to be working!! I haven't done 2 classes together since before I got pg with DS1 so that is about 3 and a half years ago I hope I survive!!

Dozy How did you do?

I had a great time at BC last night, the normal instructor was still sick, so we had the one that normally does the weekend class, and before I started another lady if I'd taken one of Bridget's classes before, I hadn't and she said 'oh dear, it's abit like being at bootcamp ' And it was!!!! She was definatly a task master!!!!!!

But I really enjoyed it!!!! I just kept thinking to myslef, '1/2 a lb, 1/2 a lb' over and over!!!

Ceebee Good luck in your 2 classes, I would have thought you'd be OK as they are working different areas, and ones an-aerobic and the other aerobic, you'll feel as fit as a fiddle later!!!!

Jodie glad you enjoyed the BC class - I always think of the food I can eat by doing it - helps me get through

Managed both classes without any bother (I couldn't do 2 aerobic ones though ) - but feel I might need to have a nap with DS2 later

am in denial - 2lbs ON taking me back to 14lb 1oz....

Why am i the only yo-yo dieter on this thread...how can I stop this cycle of good wwek,f ollowed by bad week??

It hasn't helped that I have done zero exercise either due to the GF.

Am feeling sad and fed up.

Dozy don't feel bad, i've been really bad this week and i'm dreading my weigh in on Sunday. We are all allowed bad weeks as long as we all keep going!

Dozy don't be so hard on yourself...am sure it is just your body balancing itself out after your bouts of tonsillitis rather than the fact you are eating.

Don't forget - this is a long-term thing

Dozy can you set a target date and just accept that you will be dieting until then?

This is what I have done....my target date is when I go back to work in mid-September...I know I won't have lost it all but I should only have a few pounds to lose by then.

So, I have fully accepted that I will be watching what I eat until I go back to work...and my reward will be a whole new size 12/14 work wardrobe

Have you got a holiday planned for late summer? Or could you just set a date (maybe use your WLR target date) and plan a reward for when you get to that date - and accept that you will be watching what you eat until that day..and reward yourself regardless of how much weight you have lost?

Weigh-in today....lost 2lb Am v happy as I am now officially 13 stone something rather than 14 stone

Dozy that is another thing I do...set little milestones to reach. Getting under 14 stone was my last one...the next one is to lose 2 stone (I am 4lbs off doing that).

What perfect timing dozy. I went on a great night out last night and am currently lazing about in bed. Staying at friends house has it's advantages (my new iPhone's amazing!)

Anyway I was so good all day, then sucummed (sp?) to a tray of donner meat and chips on the way home! Oops.

I'd better get up and find a glass of water before my head explodes!

I put on 3lbs serves me right really for eating like a pig all week.
Have been for a massive walk today and done 3 mins on the wii fit.
I really must make a huge effort for the next few weeks or there is no way I will get into my dress

today I have had the following:

2 slices of toast with butter and marmite
Homemade celery soup (roux had fair bit of butter though )
1 sausage
homemade croutons

Plus, ran for 30mins.....
