And you are more likely to do it if you take it steadily, changing your eating habits to more healthy, sensible ones so that it becomes a way of life, rather than just a diet. I've been remarkably good over the last 2 days. No cheating and I have meticulously counted my cals for once. Don't expect to lose pounds this week as totm, but hopefully a few cm will disappear. Off to salsa now hooray!!
