Oh, BTW just got back from MIL's aand forgot to weigh in. I think I'll do it every other week now I come to think of it, more time to get results and I wasn't as good this week as before.
How is everyone else getting on?

Hello 4madboys and toadette. I'm so with you on the losing and gaining the same few pounds that is all I seem to do since DD2 - who is now 26months. I seem to retain 5lbs of weight after each child so 10lbs heavier now than when I got married.

I just hate the shape of my stomach region so much - I'd be heading for the typical apple shape, I think if I let it creep on anymore.

RubiMama - it may well be a good idea, the very two weeks weigh in. I do have scales and the tempation is to weigh more than I should.

Well, have had spag bol for dinner and then tube of "light" wine gums...still not happy as DDs have gone to bed, the wine is calling me...I may have a gin and slimline tonic - only 57cals, I'm told .

one week has drifted by and no posts...are we all very foussed on our healthy eating or falling off the wagon? Speaking personally I have been very good, but have started eating biscuits, only a couple a day but I never usually eat biscuits, bad bad bad
Today is supposed to be my weigh in, will post tommorrow when I get the scales out

Thanks indie. I am just being strict about type of food I eat but I can never cut down as I have a very healthy appetite and get grumpy and tired if I don't eat! No sugar or refined flour or anything processed, lotsof water fruit and vegetables, and when i snack on fruit I always have some nuts to stop blood sugar levels from spiking. It is slowly working, but I would feel better if I could do some exercise, it's so hot at the moment here I can't even take DS out for a walk in the day [SAD].
