5ft4 and 10st.
Lost over 5st assisted by medications, diet and exercise over 2.5yrs. I have never been this slim and strong in my life. I actually have a weird body dysmorpia where I can't adjust to my size 10 smaller frame, my natural size sat around size 16/ 13st and have been plus sized since my teens.

Same! I was always a size 14 post children, but peri ballooned me to 18. I’m now size 6 and everytime new clothes arrive, I’m like no, that’ll never fit. And it’s too big. I still see a fat girl in the mirror.

ExitPursuedByABare · 27/05/2026 22:37

67 years of age. 5’ 7”. 10st 13lbs.

Dontgoforward · 27/05/2026 22:48

5ft 3 and 10st 2.
Lowest weight has been under 7 stone but a combination of being ridiculously fussy with food and trying to eat regularly has meant I have now gone the other way.
I really hate it, I'm not overweight enough for WLI but due to my fussiness I can't stay in a calorie deficit without literally not eating!

ILoveLeopard245 · 27/05/2026 22:50

5 ff 5
Currently 8 stone 7lb and maintained for about 4 months so far.
At my heaviest I was just under 17 stone and so unhealthy and miserable. I hadn’t been overweight, and was a marathon runner/very active , but I piled on weight over a few years when my child was very unwell and when my parents died- basically ate my emotions.
WLI alongside the weight watchers plan, running and weights has been what I have been doing for the past couple of years.

Fat, I work out six days a week. I am fit and toned with clear muscle definition. Losing muscle is simply about losing weight too rapidly. Not eating enough protein and not strength training. My muscle mass is now higher than before I lost the weight, in terms of percentage, obvs.

If you lose say 40% muscle and 60% fat (which would be awful, not saying you did this it’s an example) you’d have a higher muscle % after the loss. For muscle you need to consider absolute numbers in kg.

I'm 5ft 6 and weigh 12.5 stone. I was over 18 stone 18 months ago so I am very happy with my new weight

socks1107 · 28/05/2026 08:04

5ft 3 and I currently weigh 10.9. I have lost nearly 55lbs and love how I now look, only intend to loose another 4lbs

IdBeLionIfISaid · 28/05/2026 09:21

I'm 5 foot 4 and 70kg. Never been this heavy and I hate it.
