Hello Again Everyone 🤩

Welcome to the May thread for recording your daily steps!
Everyone welcome, whatever your goal is and however you track it 😃

I feel May is going to be a trickier month for me, as I am on holiday for 2 weeks (and plan on spending most of it horizontal in the sun 🤣) however I will still be aiming for 10k where I can and joining in with the accountability.

This thread previously has been so motivational and encouraging so I just know May is going to be another awesome month for everyone, with lots of lovely sunny walks incoming!! ☀️

Here’s my summary for May. A few too many days not hitting target, so clearly consistency is something that still needs work! Something to focus on in June. Overall my average for May was well over the 10k, which I will take.

I genuinely didn’t think non paid accounts could post pics! Will just do an end of month one rather every day

I havent posted for a couple of days. My missing steps are 9,740 8,591 and today 11,162. Until the heatwave I was doing well but steps took a bit of a nose dive in the heat. Never mind, starting afresh in June.
@Onegramatatime my leg is fine now thank you. I think mood dips occasionally is fine, life isn't always plain sailing. It only becomes a worry if they are prolonged. I hope your step counts have lifted your mood because you are aceing it. Well done.
@10kstepsaday it sounds like your holiday was relaxing. I have never done social of any sort (mumsnet is the exception). I don't carry my mobile around it stays in the drawer. I'm a dinosaur and think life was better before mobiles/social media. Glad you feel refreshed after your abstinence. 😀 look forward to seeing your photo's
@minnymoobear I've also enjoyed the camaraderie on the thread. Certainly has been a big motivator for me.
@SilenceInside excellent average step count. Well done.
