Hi, all.
I haven't posted in almost 2 weeks. Had/have a few things going on plus some 'mood dip' butt in it's head. I am trying to get out of that dip.
I have tried and did keep up with a minimum of 10K steps a day except on 3 days (about 3.5k steps on one day and 7.5k & 7.9k steps on the other two). I found i could focus on the steps as the only thing I could control.

Yesterday 12,378.
@Joolly2 , hope your leg is better. Welldone on your steps and consistency in posting. It has been encouraging.
@Illbefinejustbloodyfine , how are you? Are things calming down now? You must be exhausted. It takes a while to mentally recover/get out of that stressed state. Thinking of you.

Today is the last day of the month. It would be great to continue this group for June. I like having somewhere to be accountable and keep me on track with my fitness.
