What size are you for your weight?

I’m 11 and a half stone and mostly a 14

5ft 2 and 51-52kg, size 6 sometimes 4. I’m a runner and work out daily.

SnacklessWonder · 20/03/2026 14:00

5ft 1, 8st3lb, which is size 8-10-12 depending on the store, the style etc. In bootcut jeans for instance at M&S I am a 10, my Next Skinnies are a 12.

YessicaHaircut · 20/03/2026 15:06

Just over 5ft2 (158cm) and weigh 10st10lb or 68kg. Usually wear a 12 on top and 14 bottoms as a definite pear shape! I have hypothyroidism so have always struggled to stay slim. Before it was diagnosed I weighed 13st5lb and was a big size 16, so it’s an improvement.

cheesychipsontheoche · 21/03/2026 18:17

This thread is so interesting. When I was 11.5 stone I was a size 18. I’m down to 10st 2 and now 12-14. Want to drop another stone as I look best around 9

onlyshowposts · 21/03/2026 18:28

5:1 and 13 stone. I was 16 stone 5 this time last year!

Huggybear16 · 23/03/2026 20:45

I'm 5ft1. I was 69kg in 2023 but now 52kg.

I have lost weight very slowly. I have one meal a day (no restrictions, whatever I want including pudding and alcohol). I will eat it when I'm hungry so there's no set time. I have days off when socialising or if I see something I really want, but this is what I do the majority of the time. I drink whatever I want the rest of the time, including lattes, fruit juice, etc so I'm not really fasting. I never feel restricted - but have taken a long time to get to my goal.

PurplePantsofPower · 23/03/2026 20:48

9 stone 4 ish, generally a size 10 although broad back means sometimes 12s on top. Narrow hips means sometimes 8 on bottom. Do a lot of exercise - mainly running but also strength too.

TheBeaTgoeson1 · 23/03/2026 20:54

Size 8 56kg

illsendansostotheworld · 23/03/2026 20:58

Shinyhappyapple · 25/03/2026 16:36

Just under 5’3”. I’m 10st 10 and generally wear a size 16.

Greeniscalming · 25/03/2026 16:57

I’m 5’ 2”. This time last year I was 11.5 stone, size 14. I’m now just under 9 stone, size 10.

TurquoiseDress · 25/03/2026 19:43

I’m just under 5ft 3 and currently bouncing between 68-70kg (but desperately trying to get back to my last summer weight of 65kg…my ideal target would be 60kg) def think it’s the peri-menopause effect Sad

Usually wear a 10, sometimes a 12 depending on the brand/shop

FuckoffeeBeforeCoffee · 25/03/2026 19:45

I’m 5’3 (though my niece says I’m 5’2!) and I weight 9 stone 9. Size 12.

Specialagentblond · 25/03/2026 19:56

I’m 5ft 2, 10st6 and size 10. But I am lean due to weight training and Pilates.

IamNannyPlum · 25/03/2026 20:01

158cm and around 8st 11. Size 8-10

Ihaveoflate · 25/03/2026 20:04

5'3" and 8 and a half stone - size 8 (aged 45 if that's relevant)

AmicaNemica · 25/03/2026 20:09

Age is very relevant! 60.
5ft 2 on a good day. 66kg ATM. Got to 64kg last Autumn using NHS weight loss app. Would like to be 60-62kg for healthier BMI.
12 in jeans/trousers at M&S but 8-10 in tops as short in the body.

MrsTravelBug · 25/03/2026 20:09

5ft 2, 49kg and size 4, quite toned arms and legs but a bit of a belly.

Justme10 · 25/03/2026 20:13

5”2 and just got down to 9st 12. Would really like to get down to 9st over the next couple of months.
Wear a 10/12

I’m using the NHS weight loss app just now and actually finding it really helpful.

BogRollBOGOF · 25/03/2026 20:22

5'2" and around 10st, size 10.

I'm pretty muscular from weights and running. Shame about the squishy CS overhang.
The size 8 tops went snug across the shoulders rather than the bust/ waist when I started lifting heavier so I tend to buy 10s now after previously being pear-shaped.

Gall10 · 25/03/2026 20:22

All us sub-5’3” ladies… where the hell do we buy any decent trousers??

MustTryHarderAndHarder · 25/03/2026 20:24

I'm 5 foot and 50 kg

user1471453601 · 25/03/2026 20:28

There's clearly something wrong with the way im built. I'm 5'3" " and 9 stone 5 .

I wear a size 14 to 16, depending on the cut.

I always knew I was odd. You've all confirmed it 😁
