hi jahan....that katy one is off on the lash tonight....me, i'm just a lightweight!, i'm off to my bed soon.....

katy is just how you would expect her to be....tall and tiny, cute but leery, spits her beer out when she laughs and never sits still.....her dd is fab, chattering, dancing and permanently trotting about....

susie was "sensible (-ish)", well we were in her regular hotel...quiet but chatty....very dudey walking stick (i want one, mine's just black!)and again a gorgeous dd who dances to all the dance tracks, susie said issy had never heard them before but she looked like she'd practised her steps!

and me, apparently, i rock...i think katy meant to add on that then i roll, then reel, then fall over....

all that and chips too....
xx

Hi all, I was 9.8 at my weigh in but i've been naughty over the weekend although I am now comfortably in my size 12 jeans so i'm very happy, i'm still egtting compliments all the time too which is lovely!

On a mission now to get down to 9st for the wedding!

Hope you lot are goingt o join me in being extremely good this week?

I can't do exercise other than aqua fit this week because dp is away today and tomorrow and then we're seeing the vicar on wed evening so I need to fit in walking when I can!

Jahan · 16/06/2008 09:53

Hi everyone.
Polly - Sorry to hear about the car. What a nuisance. And what an idiot drunk driver. Hope he/she learnt their lesson (and were n't injured)
Well done LMG on your weight loss. I'm sure you'll get to your goal in no time.

I've lost no weight again this week. I'm a bit annoyed about that as I thought I was good with food (no junk at all and didn't eat in the eves after my dinner) and I did 4 lots of exercise.
I probably ate too much in the day. Will be better this week.

pollywobbledoodle · 16/06/2008 10:46

Jahan, you are nicer than me, when i heard about the accident my first thought was i hope no-one was hurt, then found out they were drunk and it was stolen and one went to hospital and i thought good

yo! lmg, will join you this week to shake off the excess i've prob gained this w/e

we've all got stinky colds and sore throats here...so no scratchy foods

katy,hope you got some sleep...

Jahan · 16/06/2008 11:19

I don't blame you for thinking that. I think I would have too if they were n't seriously injured. How stupid of them.

Have had porridge and coffee for breakfast and a banana just now.
I've got either soup and pitta or quorn burgers and beans for lunch. Can't decide what to have.
I think dinner will be mushrooms in a creme fraiche sauce with pasta.

I am really gong to go for it this week.

belcantavinissima · 16/06/2008 19:16

HELLOOOOO!!!!!

just back from ww and have lost 2 and a half lbs this week so finally, finally i have reached and gone beyond my 10% goal!!!! yippeee

so currently weighing in at 11.10stone (this sounds enormous but am 5ft9 ) and have set my own goal at 11stone which i think is doable. am now a 12 with a tummy so reckon when that goes i will look as good as i am ever going to. am so chuffed. cant wait for dh to come home so i can tell him

hope you are all well and getting bikini slim for the hot summer thats looming for us all

fatkatyslim · 17/06/2008 12:15

well done bel that is fantastic !

well done lmg!

jahan it might be your body getting used to the extra excercise.bet you see agood loss next week

polly at teh drunk driver but at least you are ok x
i didn't sing on friday lol.i'mlike a strangled cat.me and the man with a gf are just friends.i'm ok with that now tbh.at least he's speaking to me again, apparently it wasn't what i said it was the fact that his gf was there

sorry i haven't been around but my friend had abit of a meltdown so i've been helping her with the twins a little bit and being a shoulder to cry on.
she seems happier today
i'm back on track.i have been eating lot's of soup and salads.i feel so much better now i am sort of eating properly.
hope you are all having a fgood day.i've got ds2 sports day this afternoon so i'll catch you all later x

Well done Bel.
Katy - hope you're right. I've been really trying even though I've been so sleep deprived. Hope your friends ok.

I've just received the invitation for a wedding on the 2nd of Aug so I HAVE to lose weight for it. (I knew about it before but not having the invite it didn't seem 'real' iykwim)
There'll be a lot of people from my past who haven't seen me since I was a size 8/10 and I don't want them thinkig 'Omg, hasn't she put on loads of weight'.
Plus, there's a girl who'll be there who put on loads of weight with her kids etc and has been big for years but is now slim. My mum saw her and said she looked amazing. has a new hairstyle and everything.
I just can't be the fat frumpy one.

I can lose a stone by then, can't I?

LoveMyGirls · 17/06/2008 17:58

You can do anything you put your mind to Jahan, mind you, you have just had a baby so people won't expect you to be stick thin

Jahan · 17/06/2008 18:13

No they won't but I'd like to lose another stone by then as then I'd just look 'normal' rather than fat.

Jahan · 17/06/2008 18:14

Plus I don't want to buy something expensive at the size I am now.

LoveMyGirls · 17/06/2008 18:40

Good points, its definitely do-able with enough hard work.

How can you fit daily exercise into your routine do you think? Also if you only buy healthy stuff you can only eat healthy stuff right?

pollywobbledoodle · 17/06/2008 21:15

ahhhh....dh has gone out to help friend bottle beer and am taking the opportunity to have a face pack....have to do it after dd has gone to bed, she screamed the place down last time...

jahan,i'm sure we can all hit our goals (as long as dh doesn't have too many cooking extravaganzas like today....then i could just hit him i suppose)

what's up with friend katy?

(over weekend started to think i needed to change deoderant)

had a sunny day of playmates and practise school....with no cake! friend has been inspired to do some competitive dieting via a thing called the chemical diet...lose a stone in 2 weeks apparently..../shes lost hlf in a week...mind you it is rigid and meaty, not for me...

pollywobbledoodle · 17/06/2008 21:17

oops
brekkie...muesli
lunch.....kitkat
eve ...goats cheese tart, mediteranean roast vegs, baked potato

LisaLessLumpy · 18/06/2008 10:14

Not got time to catch up atm, just a quick post to say we are having a great time. Got to pick boys up from creche at 11am, I have been in the gym this morning and we are going on a bike ride this afternoon. Probably won't have lost any weight as food is too good, but I hope to have stayed the same.

Catch you all later, hope all is well with everyone xxx

Jahan · 18/06/2008 10:41

Sounds like your having a great time, Lisa! I want to go too!

Not doing too badly on the diet. Have been sticking to it and went to my pilates class yesterday. Its getting really good now that I've learnt how to do the exercises properly.
I'll either go gym tonight or do my tae-bo dvd if dh is later than 8.

I am going to go for trying to lose a stone in 6 weeks.

food plan;
porridge, coffee
soup, pitta
chicken curry, rice
snacks - 4 oatcakes, fruit

fatkatyslim · 18/06/2008 14:01

sorry.i'm not up to being supportive at the moment.i'll be back soon.good luck everone x
