I got on the scales this morning can't believe it, I was 9st 12 at my last weigh in (nearly 2 weeks ago) then i've been away for the weekend and totally off track from thu until tue did do a lot of walking at the weekend though but still this morning it said 9 st 9lb I really hope it still says that at my weigh in tomorrow night!

we went into town shopping yesterday and then for a chinese.the diet went right out of the window but i'm back on track today so hopefully i can claw it back

polly shuffles (?waddles) onto the thread wailing "but it was dh's birthday!....i had to have a drink and a chip butty for lunch and a curry for tea......oh and cake is traditional....." by g** i'm full....

please tell me why, with loads to do today, i made homemade veggie burgers? they would have been nice except the recipe said put 4 tbsp instead of 4 tsp of soy sauce.....man, they were salty! dh loved them tho'
