I say a kickstart, what i really mean is I'm kicking myself to start.
The wild and wacky plan is to aim for 2lbs a week for the next 10 weeks. I know If I make the goal big, I'll work hard to get there and if for some reason I don't get 2lbs, I'll hopefully get 1lbs at a minimum.
💙Bread is my biggest vice and so I'm going cold turkey on it. No bread. I already don't eat rice/pasta/spaghetti because I hate the bloat I feel after - which leaves me with potatoes in small portions. I'll also be IF'ing, so nothing before midday, nothing after 7pm!
💙I also plan on walking everyday for an hour, but will do an intentional 5k wog on either a Saturday or a Sunday. I'll avoid all coffee shops apart from the day I do my wog and have something as a treat on the way back.
💙I hate running to the toilet and that has single handedly been the reason why I don't drink much water - so I'll be making sure i get at least 1l of pure water aside from tea etc.
The dream would be to lose 20lbs in 10 weeks - but in reality, every week will be a new week to lose 2lbs, so if I lost 1lb in week 1, I wont try for 3lbs the second week, I'll just aim for another 2lbs.
I will weigh tomorrow, but I'm guessing I'm around 206-210 at the moment. I'm 5'3 and have been happiest at about 170lbs. BMI calc would still consider that overweight 😓but that has truly been where I felt my best.
