26 weeks until Christmas

It’s 26 weeks until Christmas and if I lost a lb a week I would be a healthy BMI for it. Starting tomorrow if anyone wants to join me

Morning everyone, id like to join!

About 10lbs overweight and all year been losing the gaining the same 5lbs!

Currently 10stone 4lbs, would love to lose a couple of pounds by Saturday for a party, after that I'll be delighted with losing 0.5lbs a week until December

Wednesday weigh in....only lost 1/4 of a lb this week (so basically stayed the same) but don't feel too unhappy about it. I've done a lot of socialising this week, so was anticipating a gain.

WoW for me.

This week has been "meh" with food!
I didn't workout on Monday, but did a 6km walk yesterday and have done reformer pilates this morning. Will finish with a long walk later today.

Weds 06/08/25 - 204.4lbs

This is probably down from last Weds, but didn't weigh in last week. Its the same as Monday, which isn't really a problem.

Plan between now and next Weds

  • mindful of my snacking/eating especially over the weekend
  • clock 35km walking
  • Pilates on Sat and Weds

Wednesday weigh in - pretty much stayed the same, but haven't been particularly focused, if I'm honest. Lots of socialising and days out.

I'm off on holiday a stone lighter having met my initial target 😊

I'm going to enjoy my time away but try not to go mad with the food and drink. Then back on it when I get home to reset and aim to reach my 10 target weight for Christmas.

My goal is to get in my size 10 jeans for the end of October .
I have lost 5 and a half pounds and my weigh in is on Saturday morning's at SW.
Would love to hit my other target for Christmas which is 9 stone 2

Hello everyone, I would love to join.
I'm wanting to lose 2 stone to lose minimum to get to a healthy BMI so a Christmas target would be marvellous!
Currently weighing in at 12 st 12.
I'm calorie counting and sort of trying to get into intermittent fasting. I hate exercise but have bought an exercise bike so trying that out too!

My goal is for the 31st October for my daughters 40th and after my weigh in at SW this morning I'm well on my way
I lost 3 pounds so weight loss to date is 8 and half pounds and was awarded my half stone sticker and also slimmer of the week award .
So if I can do it anyone can ☺
I keep thinking ahead and have my vision of wearing my size 10s jeans and I'm.really enjoying the SW way .
The group meeting is fun and making friends to.
We will get there.
Also good luck to every one else to.

Hello, I would like to join if that is ok.

I would like to lose a stone. I somehow have managed to drop 2 stone since end of February, but have slacked out the last four weeks so need to get back on it before I undo the good that I’ve done.

I did weigh this morning and am 10st 11 lbs.

Hi that's great and well done to what you have already achieved and yes it's best to get some support at this final hurdle.
Did you do this alone or joined a class?
I have found joining a slimming class really helps me
3 weeks in and already lost 8 and half pounds tho I know this will slow down alot now but going keep going as quite enjoying this.
Slimming world in my opinion is fab and the tips off the other members is great which is helping alot.
Good luck and not long to go now.

@Emmadaily no I didn’t join a class. It was a bit of a strange one really, in February my husband started the mounjaro injections. As a result of that I stopped buying any junk food etc to make it easier for him.

I lost weight naturally, this was totally unexpected. I just ate sensibly. I used to eat a hell of a lot of chocolate and biscuits daily, I had no control. It just stopped one day.
