(because capp, it happened to me too - last week, the parcelforce man the fucker)

look - i'm so serious about this thread that i'm on dh's laptop where the Rs are frrrrrrrrrrrrreely flowing

ok

let's recap

tutt doesn't want to diet as such

but needs to shift baby weight

eats too much shite and so has decided to cut out all sweets, chocolate, crisps, cake etc.

plus no booze mon-thurs

had been doing great - 9lbs in a month - but then got stressed re house move. result: 3lbs back on

target: get back in pre-pregnancy jeans and/or get to 10st 7lbs

so.... capp (when you're back) - introduce yourself to the thread purty please

btw, this thread is inclusive

but we reserve the right to be quiche-y

Cappuccino · 23/05/2008 14:33

well helloooo

capp has been on nutritionist-supplied Very Good Eating With Fruit And Such plan a while back and then put it all back on again but cannot face going back to VG Plan

she cannot do strenuous exercise because she has Sodding Chronic Fatigue atm so cannot jump up and restart running

dh has said 'erm' to suggestion of giving up booze during week which she has taken as a 'yes'

she plans to do all things tutter has said

also to become Zen-type yoga person who has no need of sugar for artificial high

target - get back into monsoon trousers/ 9st 6 would be good thanks (capp is very short)

Tutter · 23/05/2008 14:39

ah, grand. that's us then

poor you re chronic fatigue. sounds shitty

i cannot run atm due to knackered ankle so will join you in inactive mode

marvellous timing btw - was feeling peckish and, if you hadn't posted, i'd have fallen foul of ds1's treatie tin. i had a banana instead

weird how state of mind can flip one way or the other - have only regained 3 of the 9lbs but already feel grotty and overweight again - 3 weeks ago felt like pioneering health guru

OP posts:
Cappuccino · 23/05/2008 14:44

oh yes will become health guru

off to do yoga now in fact

am mentally preparing for yoga retreat weekend where there will be NO BOOZE AT ALL and no coffee

am planning to put packet of one-cup filters in suitcase

Tutter · 23/05/2008 14:45

oooh - yoga eteat weekend - eally? tell me moe

(am back on own laptop - can you tell?)

OP posts:
Cappuccino · 23/05/2008 14:48

am going to Darkest Surrey for yoga weekend for chronic fatigue

will either be

a) life-changing re-energising weekend away without children in zen-like garden of calm

b) a weekend away with some moaning ill people depressing me by how long they have had CFS

Tutter · 23/05/2008 14:58

OP posts:
Tutter · 23/05/2008 15:01

i shall have to book a colonic iigation to level things up a bit

OP posts:
Cappuccino · 23/05/2008 15:28

sneaking in hoping to be quiche worthy
weight ok, maybe could shift 1-3 kgs for optimum physical reasons but...
ok
no booze mon-th
wii fit every night for 30-40 mins and if can do mornings (said reason for post natal bulge not compliant for mummy workouts assuing a limpet like control of my actions)
cannot walk really or do strenuous activity due to post natal SPD slowly getting better.

Oh am 14 mths post natal.
I do eat too many treats quite well...

Cappuccino · 27/05/2008 12:12

oh I am 3.5 years post natal

obv that is my problem

Cappuccino · 27/05/2008 12:13

Tutter · 27/05/2008 12:17
