Anyone else using GLP-1 patches from Kind Patches?

Applied my first patch this morning. Using them because I am terrible at losing weight and have tried every diet going over the years. I have no willpower whatsoever.

Interested to hear how others are getting on with them.

How much money have you wasted on them? They aren't GLP1 anything.

I ordered some yesterday, just waiting them to arrive. It'll be interesting to see how we get on.

I’ve been using MyFitnessPal for the last two weeks and have lost a few lbs. Surprisingly I have found some long lost willpower and have been doing well. I even ignored cake in the staff room this week!

However, I usually get to the end of week 2 and then go back to eating badly. Hoping the patches will help me stick to healthy eating as I have more energy, feel lighter and more positive.

I can assure you it’s not an advert. I only included the pic in case other people didn’t know what I’m referring to. Plus I don’t know whether they’ll work / help or not yet as it’s the first day. There’s no way I’d advertise or promote something I haven’t even tried.

No stabbing involved, it’s a stick on patch. If it helps - even as a placebo great, if not, they were £12.

GLP1 medication is usually administered via a weekly injection. That is the point that poster was making. Why would we be jabbing ourselves weekly if cheap patches were actually effective?

No, I'm on actual GLP1 medication. These patches are just supplements that don't actually have any significant effect on weight loss but have jumped on the trend of GLP1 by using the name incorrectly.

I don't know? I thought I’d try these as they’re cheap and easy to use. They might work, they might not.

I don’t see how it will work, you’d be better off just buying berberine tablets, berberine has poor skin absorption

The Berbetine is supposed to help reduce hunger. I know they’re not actual GLP-1 medication.

I'm usually the last person to buy into anything like this but I am a bit desperate and have got some, put my first one on today.
I am secretly hoping for a placebo effect.
Like you, I figured no big loss if they don't work.
Will let you know how I get on.
I was also tempted by their period patches as I suffer with awful periods but just went with the GLP-1 for now

I’ve been using them for four days and have eaten less, still get hungry but when I have a meal I’m not eating all of it as I feel like I can stop and leave food rather than finishing it all.
