Anyone else using GLP-1 patches from Kind Patches?

Applied my first patch this morning. Using them because I am terrible at losing weight and have tried every diet going over the years. I have no willpower whatsoever.

Interested to hear how others are getting on with them.

Ok, good luck

Thanks. They seem to be helping with appetite so far. Might just be a placebo effect.

It's outrageous that they are labelled as GLP1 when they are nothing to do with GLP1 drugs. That alone tells you everything you need to know about these patches.

Just ordered. If its a swizz I only spent £12 and if they work then great.
Reviews seem positive.

Exactly. I can’t afford pricey injections and I don’t need to lose a lot of weight, just a stone or two. These patches are working well. I’m eating less, I have finally discovered some willpower or lack of interest in junk foods.

I am trying them and they are not doing anything for me Angry

thenewaveragebear1983 · 13/02/2025 16:43

I've been using them for a few days now. I have noticed I feel a bit calmer around food and have stuck to my calories better than I had been. It actually doesn't matter if it's a placebo if it helps though, does it?

Well it definitely matters if the manufacturers are actively scamming punters by calling them ‘GLP-1’ when they have absolutely nothing to with that! It’s complete dishonesty.

First of all I have the Kind Body Care GLP-1 patches. The first week I lost bout 6 lbs. I'm on my 2nd week, so we'll see.
And no this item does NOT HAVE BERBERINE!!

SilenceInside · 06/08/2025 12:51

@55debhudson01 their website clearly says that the patches contain berberine extract, alongside pomegranate extract and cinnamon extract.

Firefly45 · 07/08/2025 12:09

Ive done 4 days on these, felt like they started helping yesterday (wasn't as starving hungry) but then got bad stomach cramps and toilet issues..sigh.
Scared to put another one on!

I tried the actual injections of mounjaro for 2 wks but was absolutely horrendous with side effects, off work, couldn't function.

Im thinking maybe my digestive system is too sensitive for anything! :(

(Other than carbs and butter and cheese which apparently its very happy with!!)

GG1986 · 07/08/2025 16:45

I tried them and they didn't work. But they may work for you so it's worth a try.

ChocolateGreenTriangle · 18/10/2025 00:25

How did you all get on with the patches? Xx

EternalAutumn · 01/02/2025 17:46

I'm usually the last person to buy into anything like this but I am a bit desperate and have got some, put my first one on today.
I am secretly hoping for a placebo effect.
Like you, I figured no big loss if they don't work.
Will let you know how I get on.
I was also tempted by their period patches as I suffer with awful periods but just went with the GLP-1 for now

I can tell you a supplement that has really helped my periods - myocarditis-inositol powder… It helps with insulin sensitivity and helps my period pains enormously
