Ah rubbish

Happierwithouthim · 30/04/2025 10:41

It shows up as a 3 sec workout and it was intense! And I would’ve liked to know what speed I reached in the sprints

I split the seam on my shorts 😞

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/05/2025 19:02

Well day one was a mixed bag. Set 1900 calories and not far out at all
garmin ran out so missed steps most of the day
deqgged myself to the gym and did half the class (15m) but the instructor is also menopauseal so totally got it

Happierwithouthim · 05/05/2025 10:17

Never mind the garmin you did the exercise!
I got my fastest 1k by 1 sec & fastest 5k by 6secs since I got garmin in Feb 24 yesterday 😁 but it’s distance I’m focusing on at the moment when I’ve that covered I’ll worry about speed.

joining athletics club last august has improved my speed and enjoyment too

great that teacher understands. Focus on day 2 now

Great going.
day 2 is going ok. Bank holiday here so no gym. Been pottering on. Food should be grand calorie wise but a bit off macro wise

Happierwithouthim · 06/05/2025 08:04

We had bank holiday too, I didn’t eat enough food and didn’t sleep well either.
macros will be better today life routine helps

1 down for me. Slowly getting better

still a loss

Happierwithouthim · 11/05/2025 13:12

Deffo. I just walked 4 miles to get local link bus to go collect my car in town after being out last night. Hangover prevented it being a run, although I was feeling a bit nauseous yesterday and had no drink at that stage.

I weighed again after that and due to dehydration was down another lb but I won’t count that.
