Pizza for food as end of term treat

Happierwithouthim · 20/02/2025 20:28

I didn't bring it in from the car yet.

Had my endocrinologist appointment today explained to her about 4 periods in 9 weeks due to traumatic event in my personal life. She prescribed a medicine to regulate my cycle and advised acupuncture or reflexology and didn't even weigh me. Also referred me to someone for laser treatment on my fungal nail infection which has seriously flared up, going on since 1998.

Went to Whitby yesterday after a strength class in the gym. Thankfully most upper body. Did 18k steps with a chipper lunch

Lakes today. No gym though as tired after all the driving yesterday

Happierwithouthim · 28/02/2025 14:12

Sounds like a great days exercise cancelled out the high calories.

Yesterday was my birthday so I'd a doughnut for breakfast, salmon wellington with veg and chips for lunch, some chicken with orzo pasta for dinner and chocolate brownie in lieu of cake in the evening.

Zero exercise this week and tomorrow and Sunday involve a lot of driving so that's likely to remain the case. I'm feeling a bit under the weather so don't want to jeopardise my health any further.

Holding my own on the scales while ds had to gain 0.6kg from Mon pm to Sat am and he achieved it last night, I'll weigh him again this eve and the morn to see whether he needs to glug water or not in the morning
